Final dividend - determination of U$ Dollar equivalent
At the Annual General Meeting of Anglo-Eastern Plantations Plc held on 29 June 2015, shareholders approved the payment of a final dividend of 3.0 pence per share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2014.
The Company announces that shareholders who have elected to receive their dividend in U$ Dollar will receive 4.6755 cents per share which will be paid on 10 July 2015.
Calculation of the U$ Dollar equivalent of this dividend is based on the exchange rate of GBP1=U$1.5585. This has been determined using the exchange rate at the close of business on the dividend record date, being 12 June 2015.
