Albemarle & Bond confirms that it has today made available on its website (www.albemarlebondplc.com) the Annual Report and Accounts of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2011.  

Printed copies of the Annual Report and Accounts will be posted to shareholders tomorrow together with the Notice to the AGM of the Company which will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 18 November 2011 at the offices of Collins Stewart, 8th Floor, 88 Wood Street, London, EC2V 7QR.
