The Company received on 19 May 2008 from an employee, letters of exercises of options over 8,053 Ordinary shares of 4p each at a purchase price of 74.5p per share and 27,000 Ordinary shares of 4p each at a purchase price of 48.0p per share.
The Company announces that application has today been made for 35,053 new Ordinary 4p shares to be admitted to listing pursuant to the exercise of share options under the Approved Executive Share Option Scheme above.
It is expected that dealings will commence in the new ordinary shares on 27 March 2008. Following the exercise of share options the issued share capital of the Company will be increased from 54,802,838 Ordinary shares of 4p each to 54,837,891 Ordinary shares of 4p each.
