Notice of General Meeting
88 Energy Limited (ASX: 88E) ("88 Energy" or the "Company") announces that a notice of general meeting of the Company (the "GM") has been lodged to convene the GM, which is to be held at Quest Kings Park, 54 Kings Park Rd, West Perth, WA 6005 at 09:30 a.m. (WST) on 11 November 2022.
The notice of general meeting sets out details on the business of the GM and contains an explanatory statement on the proposed resolutions, along with voting instructions for shareholders. The notice of meeting can be viewed on the Company's website www.88energy.com.
