Issue of Tranche 2 Shares - Placement
88 Energy Limited (ASX:88E; AIM:88E, "88 Energy" or the "Company") announces that it has issued 70,000,000 unlisted options (exercisable at $0.016 on or before 31 August 2018) to brokers and advisors for capital raising services provided in relation to the recent Placement announced 22 July 2015.

The issue of the Broker Options was approved by shareholders at a General Meeting held 21 August 2015.
