Issue of Tranche 1 Shares - Placement
88 Energy Limited (ASX:88E; AIM:88E, “88 Energy” or the “Company”) announces that, further to the Company’s announcement on 22 July 2015, it has issued 170,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares as part of a two tranche Placement (the “Tranche One Shares”).
The issue of the Tranche One Shares was made under the Company’s 15% placement capacity under Listing Rule 7.1 and the Tranche One Shares have been admitted to trading on both the ASX and AIM markets.
Following the above movements, the Company has the following securities on issue:
