This has already been factored in by SB. In his podcast in January he said there was a 6 month delay but they were looking at alternative options to steepen the decline to get out of the boggy ground. SD re-iterated this two weeks later.
They need to get out of around 200m+ of boggy layer. Currently @ 300m along the decline this equates to 90m vertical. So roughly 110m vertical to move into solid rock and progress.
The dates now reflect this.
Byrnecut advertise approx 155m/month as the going rate for rock in the Havieron. Add to this the 30m/month for the boggy gorund and I estimate Q4/23 before the decline is complete. Sandeep has therefore suggested first ore in FY24.
Byrnecut contract ends in October 2022. This will obviously be extended.
Bamps has an alternative view and expects the decline to terminate much much earlier (late '22). I politely disagree.
My 'revised' plans now focus on first ore: FY'24 with the SLOS commencing very late 2023.

The good news is that SD is his own man and continues to keep PI's up to dat. Thank you Shaun.
Bad news - mediocre results with the exception of the stellar copper grades at depth. 57m @ 7gm is good but not consistent at present.
The rest of the gold grades are uneceonomical especially on the south face of the eastern breccia.
Zipa - very disappointing indeed.
Markets have given this a thumbs down it seems.

Let's be fair here, 20+ good results out of 22 isn't bad. Still lots of reasons to be cheerful with what we already have.

I am at a loss here to undertstand why individuals entertain platforms like this.
There are several others, one of which I am a member where this nefarious activity is not tolerated. Their charges are not exorbitant.
Why bother going to the trouble of second guessing what they will or will not do with your shares, your secure financial future, your peace of mind, when you can simply vote with your keyboard and transfer your finances to a more ethical platform?
Why does anyone associate themselves with such shadowy organisations. I ask?

It’s easy enough to prevent your shares being loaned out to shorters.
Contact your platform/ broker and tell them you want a stop loss on them. Suggest an outrageous figure (say three times the current value). The shares then go on ‘order’ and can’t be loaned out.
Or
You could have your shares ‘ certificated’ and they can’t loan out here either.
This practice of leaning out shares is dubious to say the least and is morally corrupt.

Afternoon Sandgrounded. Hope you are well.
I feel there is a continuing need to remind some posters of the following:
4,200,000,000 shares in circulation (eventually). Currently just over 4bn. This is a mahoosive number.
Secondly, we will only own a quarter of the mine - ever. NCM owns three quarters. So when posters moan about the SP, I suspect they are thinking that everytime the results are flagged up....they own the lot! If GGP owned Hav right now. The SP would be around 60p. I feel some posters think this is more appropriate. But as we all know, we "gave" the mine away for peanuts several years ago and are basically hanging off the coat tails of our new master.
And finally, the main reason people are 'confused' is that they talk about future resources as if they were here now and that the markets recognised that fact. IE: 15Moz, 20Moz etc......as if it was the current Ore reserve now. We only have 2.6Moz ore reserve....that's it! That is all the market can hang their hat on.
The bottom line is that for many on here, they are not liking the SP because they expect bigger numbers now and not tomorrow!
It will come and so, too the SP but posters MUST understand our predicament.
Patience is the key here.
This is why my posts and calcs are "conservative"........it is because I only base my findings on what we have 'proven up' not on what might be.

No doubt SD is currently working out the debt sheets for the B.U.M. (Just incase they become partners with NCM after the DFS).

Listen bud, you need help, or possibly a friend who can talk you down. You need therapy and convalescence. Whatever happened to you in your childhood, can be resolved and you can rejoin society as a normally adjusted individual.
Try hard to keep your dark feelings inside and work at adding to society not destroying it, bit by bit.

Read my post again. There is a time frame associated with my musings. The end of this year. Because after the DFS, NCM and GGP will move forward with the bulk mine (as SD states: "vertically aligned") and each will commit to mega bucks for the capex. It will be too late to bid after the DFS.
So the games will play out over the next 9 months.
In that 9 months NCM will issue 1 MRE (August 18th). GGP might try their recent successful tactic again and push out another one after august, let's say October, shall we?
So a max of 2 x MRE's between now and the DFS.
How much resource do you think they will uncover in that time Stella?
Let me make a guess: It ain't going to be 17Moz by the DFS.
So the SP and the NPV is not going to be "stellar" by the time NCM needs to buy this thorn in its side, called GGP.
I suspect, as much as you do, that this is a 20Moz mine.........maybe in 2.3, years time.
But I'm talking about making a bid this year, before the horse bolts.
Long long long before the SP gets anywhere close to 50p never mind £1.

A £1 accepted bid would cost the buyer (presumably NCM), £4.2Bn! Now there is no way NCM shareholders will allow that to happen. It would value the mine at £12.6Bn when there isn't enough gold down there to justify it at the time of the bid.
NOT going to happen. NCM don't have that sort of cash lying around especially after a recent (mid '21) debt raise of $2Bn. A £1 bid rates Hav @ 17Moz,
Likely? Of course it is....but not for a wee while yet, probably a couple more years of digging.
SB now knows the clock is ticking, in fact SD has snuck up and moved the hands fwd after publishing this sneaky MRE2. The longer SB leaves it, the more painful the payout.
So when might he strike for a bid?
2 of the brokers are now quoting 25p ish for around the DFS time with 6.5Moz in the bag plus maybe a bit more incoming before then. Remember, their 25p for GGP sounds small but you need to remind yourself that GGP only owns 25% of the mine at the time of the DFS.
He could put a bid in for 25p this December just before the DFS, PLUS a premium.
Looking at recent take overs, the biggest premium I have seen is an additional 70% on top. That makes the bid 42p+. How many on here would bite his hand off for that ?????

The alternative, if the bid is rejected is to wait another 18 months + before production commences at which time the SP (hopefully) will have crept up as each MRE arrives to somewhere around where? Will it be north of 42p? Will the debt sheets require dilution or consolidation or direct payments taken out of the annual income driving profits lower until such time the debt is repaid? Or will the SP be strong and in addition when will the dividends kick in?
So would "you" take the 42p this year or wait it out and hope that it will be north of that in late 2024, when you will then sell or stay and enjoy the divis?

I know it is difficult to determine but I wonder how many PI's would sell @ 40p+ and move on, compared to waiting another 18months plus?

Sorry, just seen your last question regarding drilling progress.
The latest MRE(2) shows this:
"...59,270m completed since the last Resources and Reserves update published in the Pre-Feasibility Study ("Stage 1 PFS"), which used drill data up to February 2021..."

So the above drilled between 02/21 and 12/21. The remaining 40k to be drilled between 12/21 and 07/22.

IMO this is no longer the best partnership. I think relations will remain civil and business like but SB is not a happy bunny now that the cards are on the table.
I think SB's resolve to buy GGP out is now greater than ever.
Never, in a month of Sunday's is SB willingly going to hand over 25% of all his future profits to another miner in return for......what?
I expect a bid before year end. And the 5% agreement will set the scene.
