Miagi - you and I have a fragile respect for each other. I think we both work hard at 'getting along' and it seems to be working?.
But....(always a but, eh?) for some inane reason you really have had it in for GGP and all who sail in her, why is that? Respectfully - you comment on the stock as if you have expert knowledge of the company and its activities and findings. Now unless you suddenly expose yourself as a geologist or mining guru, I am happier believing in and listening to half a dozen real experts who provide a very valuable service over on their forum (Hydrogen is one of them). These guys actually know their trade.
When a mining GIANT writes interim and quarterly reports on what it is finding and then to find that brokers and mining journalists favourably analyse them, I would respectfully suggest that there is something VERY significant in the ground.

Let's show some regard for other peoples holdings eh, they have them because they believe in them...they don't need strangers deramping them without provocation.

Solg SP hangs up for a period... so posters look for some juicy tittle tattle to talk about and try to stimulate a response.
Politics is a vipers nest at best....posters on here will be deeply divided about politics and it is a sure fire way of splitting this forum - good luck on that one!
I think what we are all agreed on is that the US is in dire need of a refresh and re-set and China is the future in one form or another. [A 4% growth rate only weeks after Wuhan.....FFS that is some motoring]. The economy is a goliath. Ignore China at your peril.

Yes GGP is a conundrum, not sure why the market didn't like that, but the results are stonking there is no getting away from that. I suspect everywhere is in the doldrums currently atleast until the 4th Nov eh?
I'm long and strong in both. Can't change what's already there, just politics and money in the way now!

Schlem - take care bud.
I looked at the RNS and it did nothing for me really. About half the quality of PDH-001. Lots of repeat paragraphs and lots of general background 'stuff' about the local area. Interestingly - nothing at all from NM as a footnote where in PDH-001 he nearly had an orgasm!
As NM started in his recent audio interview, PDH-002 was not planned to find the core. I know it says 'transect' but it's not dedicated to looking for it. The next rig being set up @ Porvenir is doing that. They are prodding around the periphery on purpose.
Looks like they tried but failed this time. Better luck with the other rigs. Perhaps that's why the market has reacted this way over it?

I was a LTH of LLOY for 15 years until this summer when enough was enough. The slippery slope started with the government threatening the banks NOT to pay the justly deserved divis. Then covid loans killed LLOY dead in its tracks.
As was mentioned previously, the only thing that will see LLOY climb back out of the gutter (where it is now) is a vaccine and an end to impairments.
For newcomers to LLOY there might be some low level mileage now and again.
I sold carrying a very heavy loss (almost 60% of my original value. It was (a) a sad day when I sold up and (b) scary.
Since the summer, I have recouped ALL of my losses and made a small profit - when the time comes for divis to be recommenced, I shall take a long hard look at whether to re-invest in this sloth of a stock. But now that I have tasted real hard profits elsewhere - and in a safe haven....it will be difficult to ever return to that musty old british pillar of our society. Times change.

Everlong - of course it is...Solg should (in theory) blow GGP's find - out of the water (though GGP holders (of which I am one) would argue over that)).
So why haven't Solg's true colours shone through and gripped the market, methinks?
I posted over there recently:

What - in addition to the east breccia zone and the north west and south eastern breccia zones, there could be an external eastern breccia zone adjacent to the south eastern breccia zone overlapping numerous southerly breccia zones....do you think?

The thing that stands out for me about GGP as opposed to my other true love (Solg) is the speed at which it is all happening.
At each twist and turn the discovery, development and eventual production is happening at 'fast fwd' speed (relatively speaking). Drilling - news, assays - news, regional sites drilling - news, MMRE at breakneck speed, telfor upgrade, staffing, permitting. approvals, AEM's, interims, quarterly's...... and on it goes. I only joined 18 months ago and this project is on fire!
I wish 'others' would follow suit..which makes me wonder what the catalysts are for such progress? Shipright - sorry for the delay. Yes the previous 20 troy oz would have required 634g/tonne. Hydro was acknowledging Spymasters post of 634g/t. In actual fact Spy has mistaken the g/t for metres! It was Hole HAD0084 @ 634m@0.2g/t.

GGPmakemerich -has quoted another drill hole however as shown: 0.3m @ 637g/t.
