Price likely down until 28 October option expiry. Shorts likely pushing price down. Short-term trading mindset is a chance to top up later. SOLG retains great intrinsic value whether there is a fundraise or not. Typical market over-reaction will be followed by an upward reaction in a few weeks. Hold our collective nerve!

schlemiel Thanks for your sensible words. Investors do have different timescales and different expectations for each holding. I agree that also for me the timescale to development and production for SOLG would be too long although big gains are possible if that route is taken. There is no doubt that Nick is trying to drum up support for either funding or a partial/full takeout - maybe he doesn't even know the best option yet. Funding will be needed in the next few months however. I think we face a rocky SP this month due to the options unwinding - 9m by 17/10 and a further 9m+22m by 28/10. This will limit upside this month but beyond this and up to MRE I'd hope for upward pressure. It depends how short-term your thinking is on holding SP. Positive news will support a growing SP. Anyway, that's the way I see it - patience needed for a while.
