Funding for 2019

- Corporate Notes traded on the Vienna Stock Exchange. Basically a loan for 10 million Euro repayable by 2021 at 8%: ZEN drew 3 million Euro in January and they expect to draw down the rest later in 2019

- A convertible loan for 1 million GBP at 8% repayable in 2 years . A 120 day lockdown on conversion from January 15

- Another covertible loan renegotiated with total oustanding at USD 1,000,000. Conversion of facility can start on March 1 !!! This is a liability from 2018

so thats roughly 12 million in short term loans. ZEN needs to think about production

Listing costs (Norway and UK) CAD 1,065 ,000

Amount of Money raised by Private Placing on Merkur: CAD 1,142,000

So the listing costs were almost as much as the raising . :lol:

ZENA is obviously an accounting strategy to charge rental rates . How it works is probably an interesting topic, especially the transfer of assets

It depends on how much this rig costs. It will be way more than USD 1 .5 million. So there is a loan component on it

I take it this rig BD260 is entirely paid for, which is a big plus. The inventory of rigs (potential and existing) has come down - from 4 its now 2. Its possible the others weren't simply suitable. These are deep wells.

the wall consists of vertical steel slats that allow both sides to look at each other. Somebody on the Mexican side could take an angle grinder and cut those steel slats very easily, especially if they are made of mild steel

The wall definitely calls for a vanadium alloy, probably Chrome Vanadium

I think they are just preparing a ground for where the trucks can dump their stuff.

What i was saying is that its strange how speculators can drive shares on oilers that have never produced a barrel of oil. If you come from investing in that environment then ZEN can be very frustrating

Not here becasue of hope . There is still everything to play for .

But yeah the frustration is there - I've made good returns on oil cos that never produced a drop of oil - HUR, COPL, PVR, UKOG . There must be a pattern there :lol: Actually 'production' is not all what its crackout to be

this board is has descended into "lets pick on chartist", though he is a good target . Much amusement all around
