the processing plant is to be scaled down by the looks of things, "Slovenian gas for the Slovenian grid". It may not be anything close to the original capex. The permit basically means a buyer for AST Slovenia. Maybe they will scale up the plant in the future. From what I remember there was phased element to this project anyway

If the IPPC permit is finally approved, there is really no reason why other stimulation permits wont be approved. It kind of sets a precedent

IMO governments work on precedent, and covering their backside. If the permit has been approved then chances are other permits will be approved. This break could be a flood.. Thats the optimistic case

Yeah in a general its a cautionary tale. Averaging down is gambling . Occasionally it pays off but it can bankrupt you

nice to this back in business. I had given up on it - it seemed mired in corruption and underhand dealings that nobody understood. I dont know what the future holds but it looks promising .
