Its clear its China who will kickstart this industry on a meaningful scale, not ESKOM / BE, no matter how intense their blackouts. China is a country that built the biggest HSR network in 20 years. Its that Communist legacy - engineers plus central planning :lol:
If a Chinese company buys BMN, can they engineer a Mokapane licence ASAP? i doubt it - mining has become a bit prickly
