It is strange that they suddenly now care about media speculation. They are getting rid of their B2L and commercial book so that they can issue MREL's.

Look at the margins it makes and the customers Asos mainly caters to. 18-30 yo women are the worst customers to have. No brand loyalty, 50%+ returns, and that is not cheap to process. Internet businesses have low barriers to entry.

Long term this is going to zero. Too many returns which cost too much money to process.

Got some for 2100 on Friday. Way oversold. Expect more analyst downgrades next week, might be an opportunity to buy more. Will sell at 3000

A bank with no legacy issues and poised for growth. Would be an ideal takeover target, but Vernon only sells at the top of the market, not when it is at the bottom.

No one will buy this, simply because Vernon won’t sell on the cheap.

Why would anyone want to invest in INDV, it can either go to zero or multi-bag. Too risky for me.

Every time I look at this things balance sheet my head spins. How the heck did the banks allow this once great company to borrow such an unsustainable amount of money? The Free cashflow from ops may be great but it all goes straight out the door to the bankers. By the time the bank loans are paid off our grand children will all be driven around in flying cars.

Plan to buy into this next week. Looks like this is headed up over the medium term. Was previously going to buy at 60p glad I did not.

Are you crazy. There will be no reversal. The debt was trading at 65-70% discount. These shares have a negative net asset value. Unbelievable, you should not be investing in shares!

GETINTHERE, the problem is management cannot adapt. If they could, TCG would not be where it is now. I can see why HF's short companies like TCG, they can see carp management a mile away. Hope Fosun are more forward thinking.

Even if the shares are worth 1-2p post dilution. Do you guys honestly think this business will survive in 5-10 years. I am under 40 and no one I know books packages, and almost everyone does it through the internet. Just because the shares are cheap does not make this a good investment, the business is flawed and will not survive in the medium-long term. The management need to be taken out and shot, utter hubris.

I would want to be out tonight, the press are going to have a field day over the weekend. Not in here, since don’t invest in companies with balance sheet weakness and intangibles combined with a weak cash flow.

They are sitting on 1bn of cash. Unlikely to be more than 1.4bn.

Surely the 1.4bn now settles this, or does INDV also have a liability? Based on the RB RNS seems like they settled the entire thing.

It would be a great platform for someone to take over and expand. However, Hill and his chums will not sell this at anything below £2bn.
