Unless I am mistaken, these 25 million whilst created may never be used as with the previous 8 million that were never used. The initial 6 million to cover the 250k already taken, and remaining 12 million for 500k until institutional funding arrives

62 million for shares owed, seems the disputed 6 million will be allocated

25 million headroom( these wont be used immediately)

18 million for cln total funds.

10 million l(approx, back dated comp)

So approx 196 million in play before 25 million headroom to be used.
