Roland W really has done a number on investors here, absolutely disgraceful.

For weeks, not a peep, and now they are all here making accusations from every a angle to push their narrative, but this was expected.

Im not playing your game so I will sit quiet and watch from the sidelines as this will only intensity an get very nasty and personal.

The two new board members are waiting for the next Agm to be voted on, as I wrote.

Why suddenly all this concern over Jesse White, he wasn't a topic of interest before and now he is at the forefront.

And its amusing that people are complaining about the levels of dilution but yet don't want to vote for the 56 million borrowed shares to be returned.

And we all know the 25 million headroom room shares may never be used, but I suppose that doesn't fit people's agenda.

So Towman, as I understand your stance you are denying shareholders their shares shares as Jesse something didn't deserve to be treated this way. And those shareholders who lent their shares to PPP deserve to be treated with contemp as you are voting no again.

You say insane level of dilution, approx 62 million are shares that are owed. So as per your sccss, shareholders will vote against giving shares back to people who gave their shares to the company, that seems great

Unless I am mistaken the 25 million shares for the headroom are an option to use and thus they wont be added Unless used, as with the 8 million previously that didn't get used as time expired.

I agree on Directors not being awarded until bench marks are met.

So if my math is right it's 90 million being added and 25 in reserve if needed. So they cant be staggered

Spinks was open and to the point, if you or others had bothered to join you would know this.

As I wrote earlier, discussions have happened with large shareholders and these sessions are excellent tk get others onboard.
