25 million headroom( these wont be used immediately)

18 million for cln total funds.

10 million l(approx, back dated comp)

So approx 196 million in play before 25 million headroom to be used.

@Nero, I dont doubt that but they only purchased in December 24, so they must have seen the sales trajectory to sell for 150k, so yes I will look into getting the accounts.

I am missing something here, company sells a business for $150k and it generates a profit of almost $3 million. At the time of sale Bake must have seen profit projections, so selling for $150k doesn't make sense.

So I understand, this is a GM not AGM so there definitely no accounts to be finalized before this as they will not be presented at a GM for approval.

I dont think that is the number one priority, unless it comes out of suspension there is no point in returning them.

I hope they have a mute button readily available for some more boisterous investors.
