Vander, they placed way back in 2021 for “boots on the ground “ start up costs for DRC…. Never happened 😳. They placed again last year for “boots on the ground” start up costs for DRC version 2🤮. What makes you think they haven’t spent that on something else too?…..B

Rifles, maybe Pete will squeak like the mouse he is when he reveals the strategic review 😂. After all it’s only been about 3 months since it was commissioned. I know it may take time with Wsg being the multi pronged conglomerate that it is….but that elusive (but very close) new msc he promised either late 2024 or early 2025 must be well…er…… closer🙈. I know it might be the one he promised in 2022 and 2023… but with so much going on , I understand how it gets missed……. B

Dr M, a history lesson…. Pete had his second MSC years back (TEMA). It was transformational, included lions share and would provide a gateway to Ghana business and more ports…. Thete was no lion and Wsg even fell out with their partner and scurried off tail between legs and half the pay off they said they would get ( Ferry sale springs to mind when it comes to negotiation skills).

So… a second MSC, plus golden eggs is fanciful. Pete was very opaque with TEMA, and equally opaque on DRC….. history will repeat itself…..B

M… do they actually “get them” though…. Iran fell apart…. Tema fell apart…. DRC likely to fall apart….

Ferry business sunk (😂)….. and apparently SL was gifted to them and now they are a “sub contractor “… not top table anymore…… they failed to win anything meaningful from covid and Saudi has gone quiet…… so what does Pete and his sale team do all day?……B

Pete certainly picks good geopolitical spots to win business. Iran ended in tears when Trumpy came to power first time…. now civil war likely in DRC to spoil his latest big party….. since the day he signed the contract in 2021 all has been fishy in DRC and Pete has been less than honest to us about why the delay in start up….. it is way too dangerous out there and he probably knows that….. however, we all know Pete has his head buried way deep in the sand and will have to be taken kicking and screaming to his pen to write the next RNS…… I wonder how his negotiation to run airports in North Korea are going?….surprised this isnt back to a penny as folk twig he has only SL to fall back on…. IanB….. I am not wrong (yet)….. The contract might have been signed (multiple times)… but….. it has not “come in to being” as yet, so is meaningless. Once Santa Pete has actually declared that revenue has been received, I will concede. But until then, having a signed contract from 4 years ago with a DRC government that has likely changed personnel /ministers several times makes it seem worthless…and actually as it stands, there have been multiple raises (for them boots and equipment) by Wsg and there is absolutely nothing to show for it… The tories Rwanda plan springs to mind ( there was a contract there too) and guess what , nothing ever happened and Rwanda got to keep the money😳. I expect the same here. B

So why an AGM statement?…. Peter Klaus had stopped doing them as he had no good news to fill the vacuum of bad news to come….The fact there has been one trade since trading began today backs up the fact there was nothing new, in fact the silence reinforces the view that this is once again a sheep crying 🐺. No one believes DRC will happen and the transition period has now become almost 4 years.. 😂. How long can Pete keep living in wonderland?

New boot required for the troops, so another raise from “the family” on the cards soon I suggest.

Since when has Pete EVER met his revenue predictions?… I recall a few years back that even in Sept he was predicting £10m for the year, and went on to deliver £7m… he then claimed it had “slipped” in to the following year… and still never turned up. So the £14m of estimated revenue for 2025 is predicated on petes letter to Santa being fulfilled… history says it won’t be. This 💩 of a company has been bouncing along for the last 3/4 years on £7m revenue and £7m + of costs… , and never made a penny in profit… yet has taken millions ( tens of millions) on donations from shareholders to pay for Pete and his family to live lives of luxury … that has gone unchecked by the FSC and other regulators… more lipstick for the pig anyone…..B

Well well…. Another Xmas present from Pete🙈. So, the 90 day transition (June-July 2021)… was re invented in 2024 and came and went and is now replaced with an additional 120 days (q1 2025) and all without explanation and portrayed by Pete as “matter of fact”. He maintains his revenue guidance on recurring revenues as though they will be getting paid for that transition it seems😳.

You know he was doomed when he used the “a” word…..”anticipated”. As nothing he ever anticipated ever actually happened.

The usual Xmas “near term msc” was added to the Xmas tree once again.

There was a time when we awaited the Xmas AGM statement because he always added something new to get a good 10-20% bounce, but this years attempt has fallen flat. Just one trade and an audience of believers searching for something positive and “encouraging “ (see what I did there😂)

I had loads of contact with Pete back in the day but our bromance ended abruptly when I pointed out his less than honest approach to reality. Pete doesn’t take feedback very well unless it’s from sycophants ……and there are plenty on this BB.

IanB…… DRC has “been signed” twice and as a consequence, nothing has happened… quite clearly a DRC contract is not the same as a UK contract. Pete has had his contractual 90 day start up…. It completed 4 months ago 🙈…. So where are the penalties to DRC for that contractual failure?….surely Pete would want a contract that had carrots and sticks in it….especially as Pete stumped up all the set up costs…. I know you’re going to tell me they are in there.. blah blah blah…. but they ain’t acting as a deterrent are they?.😂😂😂. Let’s hope the third contract signature has more ink on it than the last two….B

IanB….. she is as much enlightened as was the cornerstone investors who jumped in at 6p….. then 4p…..and so on…all those years ago.. everyone of them is deep underwater, yet as you put it…. Where comfortable knowing that Pete had told them about that rainbow he was chasing….If it was all great on the other side, I would have expected some big director buys sub 2p… but hold on… it’s probably a closed period😳. Those new MSCs are just round that annual corner.😂😂. B
