Back to early October lows…. Top up time perhaps. B
UnknownT…. and where did his £30k come from to pay for those shares…. His salary is paid for by shareholders rather than via profits because they make no profits…. So I don’t think Pete will have less Xmas Turkey if this drops back to a penny on bad news….. Pete is a master at kicking cans down the road dressed up as client issues that are close to resolution… we have a number of client issues that funnily enough are not made public when he signs a contract followed up by a placement to fund it… for example;
Government reorganisation, land preparation and of course internal issues with ratification….
Now getting to situations where delays between contract signature and contract kick off runs in to years is becoming a norm for Wsg…. Not sure how that works, as there must be dates and milestones in the contract that will need renegotiation….B
So Pete… to try and not get too bruised from the underwhelming but obvious trading update some 5 weeks ago.. you lied about…. Sorry , I mean you said….
DRC has made positive movements and still expected to be signed within the next 20 days or so…. Well is it?
You said the MENA multi million pound contract would be signed… well, will it?
You said you still expect to meet the EOY revenue expectations ( shouldn’t be impacted by above you said)
Plus you said that revenue is H2 dominant, yet we haven’t heard about any new contracts for a while….
SoPete….. are you stating or are you lying……we will know in the next few weeks … looking forward to the excuses and promises of a bumper 2023
B
The early results of the expanded bankable feasibility study are expected to confirm the potential for Balasausqandiq to become a globally significant vanadium operation, and I look forward to updating our shareholders on the results of the exploration and metallurgical programmes in the New Year."
Nuff said…….B
3 weeks to go before Pete tells us that there are still some frustrating issues to solve with DRC but it will happen in 2023…in q4 of course to allow him 12 months to think of the next excuse. Wonder where all them KSA contract wins are… doh!…. 2023 stupid…..B
Here we go again…. Lol…… B
No reason for rise yesterday followed by no reason for fall today… love this share….B
Good luck on your next purchase Rock…. I stopped corresponding with JP a while back… he lives in fairy land… same place as SOU ended…. Whatever happened to CRCL number one fan?……cannot remember his name……but was always topping up lol…..B
Says it all for me from the last RNS:
We draw attention to note 1.2 in the financial statements, which indicates that the group and the parent company are reliant on securing further financing to meet committed expenditure requirements and working capital needs as they fall due. As stated in note 1.2, these events or conditions, along with the other matters as set forth in note 1.2, indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the group's and parent company's ability to continue as a going concern.
Takes the p155 does JP and SK

Usually no more than 10 trades a day for the last 2 months and then 88 in one day!!….. why the sudden interest.?….B
Has far come out of hibernation?….B
SP not in a happy place at the moment….B
Still watching this… but not sure why anymore… lol. B
Starting to feel like a poor investment this one… suppose to be going up since the 12p placement funded some additional revenue generating opportunities this FY…. B
Nope but I did buy at 69p… so happy with a quid plus….B
Still doesn’t want to budge… thought the last couple of months would see a bounce…B
Good advice Jim.. although I suspect the risk v reward conundrum will become more interesting when this is back at a penny…..which is still probably a penny more than it’s worth….B
So why do you think that after 10 or more years of failure that Pete will come good for shareholders Jim?
As CEO Pete has decimated the share price , diluted the stock to oblivion and made countless wild arse guesses on contracts… considering he is supposed to have experience in theses frontier countries, why is he always so wrong on the politics of these countries….. I suspect even KSA will be difficult….
It looks like another sub £10m revenue year with no profit… no doubt he will scream “double digit growth” even though it is well short of what was promised only a few months ago… so “Groundhog Day” to the 2021 trading update… although I think we were at least double the sp we are now…..I do like your calming optimism though….. I wonder if Pete is up for a bit of Trusssanomics, he likes that sort of thinking….B
But I thought WSG were in the security game… most of those crisis ( apart from trump) feel like opportunities not constraints to growth…. Or have I got their USP wrong…. B
Jim there has been over 10 years of bad luck here or is it bad management… we get the “iffy jurisdiction “ game, but think about it… it now looks like after 10 years of opening up new frontiers he has secured SL only.. Tema is about to end… it probably took longer to win the business. And SL may be over unless he tells us what the new expansion deal looks like…. The rest is jam…..DRC detail is lacking, so I suspect “ transformational” will become meaningful… will become mediocre….. as for KSA…. Who knows.. would you give business to these clowns…B
