Benin, firstly the drop to a penny was caused by the fire sale (0.75p) by an II. The average before and after was around 1.4p… so depending on the horizon you use, this has at best doubled. Mostly based on petes future guesstimate of revenues. We all know he always exaggerated numbers, so when reality dawns on Gabon this will drop back ..We can all do “a Reece” and brag about our 1.05p purchase…. but for long termers there ain’t much to brag about after years and years of underperforming.

Look…. We all know how Pete operates. There is a lot of scepticism around anything that comes from his mouth. Hence the (lack of) market reaction. This is going to tread water until DRC lands….. so buy a life jacket, you’re going to have a long wait. B

No worries HB👍. I wait for the day that Pete apologises to shareholders regarding his own performance. We don’t acknowledge success is measured by the number of meaningless trophies and accolades he wins. Winning business awards for a company that make no profit after taking £50m from shareholders beggars belief. Pete is everything that is bad about British companies on AIM.

As we all know… the definition of an idiot is someone who does the same thing over and over again but is expecting different results…. For Pete, who is the king of idiots…(or perhaps a genius conman), he spills out RNS after RNS stating “transformative “ contracts that either underwhelm or more likely don’t exist. It keeps the money coming in under the guise of “start up “ costs for contracts that never start 😂.

I agree with the comment about signed contracts not being tested in court for reimbursement of costs and lost revenue?. Perhaps it’s too expensive? Perhaps there are no strings attached?. Either way it becomes easy to understand why any reputable CEO wouldn’t touch these countries with a barge pole. B

As reminded on many occasions Bolton, 2.5p is the old 10p😳. We can all remember when 10p was nominal value and Pete used to throw all sorts of bones at us to keep above it for placement purposes…. eventually the truth caught up with him and he lowered it to 0.1p so we knew what was coming. It will never break the cycle… all good news priced in, so this is as good as it gets until DRC climbs out of the “cave of cusps”…😂😂😂😂😂. B

Max is right… this is a back door placement of 2p….. 15%plus dilution @2p deferred for a year. If Gabon was a cash machine and DRC was close, why do they need the cash?… also, if the funds are to pay for the upfront costs of another MSC, then one would expect the SP to rise significantly and dilution would be much less of the back of it…Pete always gets hoodwinked on finance deals and shareholders pay…. This is not good news I suspect. Let’s see how quick Pantheon start to exit once the year is up assuming they have more than broken even… which they must be about now. B

I would add the Liberia contract to the cesspit of contracts won by Westminster…. My previous notes suggest that the prime contractor for the container Inspection services are being investigated for being less than honest about their capabilities and I understand there is a clambering for the contractor to be terminated… it explains why commentary on Liberia contract progress fell silent late 2024.. land issues🤥🤥🤥🤥 I don’t think so. 🙈. B

I agree….lets see if this rise is the usual spike and release…. A couple of contract wins that would normally be below the “material” level of RNS have been😳. This says a lot about the bod and its concern that Gabon has made practically no dent in this shocking SP…Best post so far was the one pointing out that this SP IS the old 10p🙈…. Last point….. so if Medtech sub contracted the contract for container services to Wsg in 2021….. and Wsg say they ain’t doing it because there are issues…. Who is providing the inspection services at the port… coz it sounds like Medtech are getting paid for something…… B

Unfortunately Bigears😤…. It looks like Medtech are “ untouchable “…. They apparently have friends in government that keep the wolves away….so alleged corruption and illegal contract wins don’t get in the way of business in Liberia….. it is nice to know that Pete will work with anyone to get a contract award…. Now getting it going is the tricky bit. I wonder how transparent ( and truthful) Pete is being with us about “ the land issues”…. B

I found the next announcement from Pete on Liberia…

“As previously reported, we have been waiting for our client to resolve the land issues for the construction of the new container port storage and inspection complex in West Africa, for which Westminster have been contracted to provide the screening operations under a contract, signed in June 2021. However, this land issue is still unresolved and the project remains in abeyance.”

The odd thing is that this update is from 2024😳🙈.. so AFTER the announcement that the land issue was resolved and work was now ongoing…🤥🤥🤥🤥🤥
