I have just noted your generous donation offer Aiming, but it would not be “cricket” to accept the offer as the jeopardy isn’t there anymore..😤.although if you did want to stick to the gesture… then any cancer related charity would be my choice.

Still amazed Pete actually stuck to his promises… Looks like having Pantheon on board has added a bit of accountability to what is said… and what is delivered. Now, let’s see how much revenue is actually generated… remember Tema everyone😂😂😂. B

I was aware vander of Greystokes colourful past… he doesn’t seem a natural fit to Pete and I would think that the dynamics at Board meetings is “interesting”. Not sure what the motives are for his white knight intervention. He has a 30% interest in a basket case… perhaps he likes baskets😂. Linton…. We have all heard boys crying wolf….Pete has been crying “wolf” for over 7 years….. still no wolf….. B

Aiming…. It might be a proxy until you miss it… then it becomes nothing more than a guess. Pete is not very good at guessing. We shall see what happens next week. Pantheon in charge now, so might expect a tad more transparency from Pete the “shadow”……B

And why 90 days?…. Why not 80 or 93 days?…… if 90 days includes “contingency “, then the set up could have already completed… equally it could take 100 days and Pete set a stretch target, explains the delays….the problem is that no MSC has EVER started on time….we just don’t know why he picks 90 days as a standard at up irrespective of complexity of the requirements….. B

Ha… no Aiming…. I am saying that it’s too scary to buy, even though Pete set a hard stop of 90 days until contract starts to roll in the cash… My spidy sense tells me that this is groundhog territory….step 1, announce contract….. step 2, set 90 day start up delay…..step3, wait until 90 days go by and hide in cave for a while. Step 4, blame someone else when it falls apart….. step 5, announce new MSC….step 6, repeat steps 2-5. B

Less than a week to go before the 90 days are up😳. Anyone believe an update from Pete will arrive next week to say the contract is up and running?. I (like most) expect complete silence… Like when Tema start came and went (leaving us all guessing) and then a quiet mention some time later……The reason I believe nothing will happen next week is driven by the lack of share price movement… you would expect peeps to pile in if they knew £5m of revenue per annum was about to kick in….but nothing…. A testament to how promises from Pete mean absolutely nothing. B

Pete bigger hostage to fortune than ever. He has said ALL pre contract approvals in place (no DRC moment)….. so Gabon will either start as announced in early June ( first time ever that what is announced actually happy) or it doesn’t start on time ( if ever)…. and Normal service resumes as with all Petes other promises…. Tik tok…..B

Last point…..

If he moves away from this formula, it will be because Pantheon family made him…..they now own 30% of this 💩….. as a minimum, they will want their money back……. Not sure what the sums are, but I suspect they are still underwater. B

Aiming…. I already hold some and see it more as a “membership card” to allow me to comment on performance and progress.

It astounds me (still) that Pete follows the same old formula for each of his “transformation “ MSCs.

1) RNS a contract and a big number…. 2) set a 90 day set up… 3) hide in bunker…. 4). Blame someone else when it fails to materialise.

This formula has kept him in comfort for many years….

Why no update on progress leading up to zero days?…..some comfort ?…. Nope, just complete silence. I do expect the 90 days to pass and if he follows previous record, will wait until he has to talk ( yearly/mid years) and make some vague comments…

Prob is Bolton that the shares in circ has almost tripled since the 10p days…. So 3.3p in old v new money…. 10p is a market valuation getting towards £50m😳.. even with what’s on the table, that’s eye watering……but….. we shall see in about 1 months time if Pete is building up…. Tick tock….. about half way through the 90 days….. Pete must know if it’s still on target…. Why doesn’t he get on social media and show pictures of Gabon taking shape…. That would provide confidence. B

Of course it didn’t…. This was a time when maximum deflection to poor performance was in flow…. Remember the “Menzies” contract… now where did that go?….Pete throws opportunities at us knowing they will go nowhere… like a lottery ticket, he hoes that one day his numbers will come up… thought he won with Tema….. nope…🤥. Then DRC..nope🤥 and now Gabon…🤥🤥…. and you now have Dr M flogging Tema 2.0🙈…… just a few more years, Pete will retire and hope Pantheon will own/run this 🐕 whilst he and his kids run off to a nice villa in Spain at our expense. Can we just get Gabon up and running…. Only 60 days to wait… it’s the closest alligator and one that will truly define if Pete is full of 💩. Tema and DRC are no where to be seen until they actually generate revenue… SL doesn’t keep the lights on….B
