2024 finals

previously reported, we have been waiting for our client to resolve the land issues for the construction of the new container port storage and inspection complex in West Africa, for which Westminster have been contracted to provide the screening operations under a contract, signed in June 2021. However, this land issue is still unresolved and the project remains in abeyance.

That’s not what he secured… why not?…. Because banks don’t give money on petes promises… they need to know money will come in… they obviously haven’t seen anything that suggests it will. B

I suspect the new MSC is just DRC or Liberia re wrapped. I mean those contracts were awarded in 2021😂😂. Probably 3 government changes since then, so who knows if they are still meaningful. B

June 23 Finals stated:

“Westminster Arabia achieved HCIS certification required for government regulated contracts.”

Arabia never mentioned again in the 2024 interims or 2024 finals….😤

Also…. The 2023 finals stated that the Liberia “land issue was resolved”……. Hmmmm, funny that. But Pete never lies of course. B

He was worried about the SP, liquidity, and listing costs😳

And for us to conclude that might mean delisting is scaremongering 😂😂

Does anyone know of any other CEO forced to quash rumours on a Bulletin Board. He is very sensitive when things don’t go his way. It’s a pity he isn’t as quick to tell us when a material MSC due to start in July was delayed… shows where his priorities lie. B

The problem is Jim that DRC is very likely to be another TEMA…. We all remember the promises there plus “ the gateway “ it would bring in Ghana for more lucrative contracts…. And those were the 10p days🙈. Pete walked away from that with his tail between his legs… even the settlement was half what he promised. And what happened to Saudi?…. Another false promise….. DRC might happen … but will be way less than promised and more complicated to manage… he will fall out with DRC eventually…… there is always the hope that the Liberia lad issue will resolve itself within the next 10 years tho to fall back on….. sub £5m mc approaches….that £2m investment by Pantheon is now nearly half the value of the company….. seems a lot for only 7% …. Jim…. It seems no coincidence that the Pantheon Family have stepped in on a couple of occasions to prop up cash flow difficulties….. just at the same time Pete considers going private😳. I am sure if the Pantheon family agree to continue funding Wsg until DRC is up and running, Pete will be happy to share the spoils with them. It cuts out having to endure more Wild West aim share disapproval at the way he runs the family business. I can see the “ aim is difficult, costs too much blah blah blah” being drafted as we speak. He will blame everyone but himself for the current decline….He has new friends with deep pockets who don’t appear to want 50% cut in share price to fund his dream… bucket shops are old school now😂😂.
