APD, Intuitional investors would be better, mystic meg investors even better. We have been on the bad end of some "had to be done" share raises, the tone of the last one suggested "you are either in or out" of this journey and was not apologetic......... AP is focussed on getting the Asset Backed Finance at all costs, and once the cover is removed either later today or in the morning, AP will go "Ta Dah!!" and drop the sheet over the Big box. What will be revealed will either be the Tier 1 Bank from Heaven or the Tier 1 Bank from Hell............ sp action suggests both camps exist..... big day for AP......... if this is AMIGO ... then we can call for his head...........B

Wins.. the sells keep on coming, they will have to drop it at some point in order to generate the interest in the high 3s........ quite clearly no one is interested at 4p and someone has 125m to get rid of at 4.4 if they want 10%........ unless of course Peter has long term investors who have seen all those opportunities on that long list and have been taken in.......... nah... what am I on about, he's sold them to a bucket shop.......B

And with Pete being quick to fire a shot across the bows to say "I have 10% of the shares in the bag for a yes vote" , shows he has mates and family with 7M shares between them to rely on, because who else with a sane mind would vote for mega dilution and a cupboard full of JAM............ I also wonder if we have reached the 15M shares already committed on the "For" side of the camp......... with "against".. needing to find over 10% ... I can see with some big holders we are getting close......... but will it be close enough to either win or as a minimum give Peter the scare he needs to do better. B

Can I just remind you that it was Peters judgement in wanting to do the best that he went with YA/River. You have spotted that up to that point it was the worst thing that could have happened......... so why with a clean slate would Peter not make the same mistake again?. I don't think this is a one off, I do recall it was in the best interest of shareholders that he bought a Ferry......... we know were that ended up, as a catalogue item with someone paying us back on the never never....... You see, HH is right, Pete hasn't actually delivered anything that helps us out. just keeps the Fowlers in the trough............. B

E_AL............ I messaged the CEO who confirmed that he has asked the NOMAD to investigate. I am sure those nice institutions all follow the AIM rules to the letter................ A couple of shorts have been declared [1% each], and I wonder who loaned them their shares. Both shorts have not changed since Update day, so someone is confident there is lower to go..... I think one good update and this is back over a quid, so there is a waiting game to be had...... B

Soder, not sure why I need to convince you........... Why would I make it up?.... I have nothing to prove on this board. I sent him an e mail and he responded, I then sent him a further note about TR1s and he responded telling me he expected to see TR1s and as they had not surfaced he has asked the Nomad to investigate.......... Anyone can email him, he says he cannot respond to all shareholders as that would be a full time job...... however as he did respond to me, I take it he does at least recognise we exist and we have concerns. I do agree with a previous chat on here that stated they just poorly described forward guidance in a rubbish attempt to fix the criticism from the last update where they were beaten up for no forward guidance.............B

a bit scratchy this morning bigsmoke, who said I was losing money?.............. I am just pointing out that AIM is a "head scratcher" and value and share prices rarely match..... LOOP in my non important opinion is in the hands of traders and shorters, everyone else are bystanders ..I spoke to the CEO who himself is confounded by what is happening here and has asked the NOMAD to investigate. lol......... AIM is just like... "gold in them there hills" ....everyone is speculating, its just some are better at it than others. If reading fundamentals and doing research was the key to success, we would all be rich ....B

bigsmoke.... after 20 years of watching/learning practising how AIM works and speculating is the best science when fundamentals have gone out the window. There is no linkage between value and shareprice so what else is there to base your buying and selling decisions on mate?....., I think I have worked out the mechanics of what is happening here............ not deramping actually, I say what I see.... hope that helps. I agree junior, this was not helped by the "easy 30%" brigade on Update day that meant the traders pilled in, and as that 30% upside has not materialised [in fact nearer the opposite with a further 20% decline], the herd is slowly moving on and the dribble of sells will continue until the U Turn arrives........... I will likely top up again today if it drops in to the 60s.... but there doesn't appear to be a floor here yet as this has been a bargain since it dropped below a quid..........B

I dont know how current the short list is, but there is still 2% out there in shorts that have not reduced, so a million shares that need closing and this SP appears to not be enticing them......... B

Lol HH............... saying that, it has been a crap week so far and there are those that have seen this as a bargain at 100p....90p...80p....70p ... so at some point I guess it will be a bargain, It strikes me that the shorters have set a target before closing and are tempting their fate..... as we dont know what that target is, we will just have to wait for the big volume to return... and that is when this will turn, I just hope its not in 14 more days of this as HH has predicted......B

The general markets have been good this week yet none of that has rubbed off on loop... what happens when the markets get grumpy, a further kicking here perhaps. I am not convinced yet that the floor is reached, but let’s see what happens tomorrow. B
