this was 85p on Monday @9am............. now trading nearly 20% lower in 4 days with no fundamental difference in outlook. I sense the £1:00 next week brigade have sulked off taking their loss with them. I will add as soon as I know the 3 knocks on the 70p door will be the last.......... B

Is this getting silly now or are the sellers in control [and shorters]...... Peeps thought this was a steal in the 80s, yet no interest in the low 70s............... I agree that this will eventually come good once the prospects are converted....... The CEO explained to me that they have no metrics on conversion rates yet, so cannot even have a stab at how much of the 80M will be translated in to contracts next year........ I may hang on for the 60s..........B

You jumped in a tad quicker than me 13 martyn, I have nibbled a few times from 87 to 80 and will buy again in the morning probably... but with potentially 30M shares in new hands, I expect the volatility maybe here for a bit longer as the bored move on without their 10%.. Steve F [co CEO] has just written to me as I did ask him what he has up his sleeve to stop the rot............... I got the usual, need to wait for the RNS etc, but he did share that all his personal wealth is tied up in his shareholding here, so I sense he is very aligned to share price and motivated to get the thing higher........ we will need to wait for conversion of current pipeline, something he did seem excited about, even with the early days caveat...B

in the 74s now, so I think maybe 70 is the floor, but agree when the mood changes, this will get back to a quid and above... a lot of rainbow chasers jumped in when it bounced off 77 on update day and are trapped in the 80s........ as this is now settling in the 70s they are moving on. I expect the selling pressure will now stay for a while as retail may now be in charge.........B

Morning everyone....... shame that a number of LTHs have had to accept that they have been duped by the Fowler clan. Those £1 party days have gone...... this would be close to a mid tier company at that level due to the impending dilution, so it looks like it may have to be the 10p party. Peter [like Donald Trump] will never concede and even if he loses the vote [how funny] will probably not accept that either [just like Donald]............. He really does need to step down and put a new CEO in charge, that alongside this new clean slate is the only way the shadow of Peter can be truly gone and investors confidence might return.......... ps. wonder when the MSC will arrive.....B

MU.......... if you take in to account the dilution......... we probably would be higher, think we have doubled in shares since 0.21 days, so at 0.13, we would be 0.26..... so Andrew has just found a different way of getting the market cap up.............. lol...B

Maybes a ramp but no pump as it has fallen over 60% in a month. More a dump. B

There was a time that the sort of volumes we are seeing would have pushed this up by 10/20%, now we remain static...........too many shares swishing about looking for a new home. B

4p in sight........... and then what?............ no one makes any money down here including the flippers. B

Also the £2m may have been the advertised threshold , ie, the budget is £2m, so any bids above that will be non compliant. These type of tenders usually give a pass for an affordable bid and a technical score that when both are combined give you a winner. As wsg probably bid £1.8m and put in a good technical bid (Pete mentioned this) they obviously came out top, conversely they sometimes do the opposite and you get a pass for being technically compliant and you get most points for a lower price. B

I think you will find that the £1.8m is a limit of liability over the contract duration and therefore there is no certainty that it will all be consumed as it will be a call off contract with probably an initial requirement that Peter is now asking us to fund. As I said earlier, I do not see why he cannot ask for any capex upfront as it is allowable as government will look after sme s and ensure cash flow in difficult times, it is actually government policy. He is fiddling the books again, me thinks. B

I note Mr 141716 shares changed his mind and sold for a little loss after a couple of hours ............lol........B

Martyn, it was SVS, as I got caught up in the administration debacle and my WSG shares were locked in. Still do not have direct control over my ITI share account yet. WSG are obviously too ashamed to ask for government handouts, seems it would have been cheaper to furlough everyone.... equally for any government contract you can ask for money up front for initial expenditure [I know this for a fact].... so why is he asking shareholders to fund any up front costs?.... I will contact them ... thanks. B

and Steve, with all those cusps, including the "advanced" one, should be easy to do a better deal........... to only be offered terms based upon a 40% destruction of an already decimated SP screams to me like they were not offering a compelling investment case to any form of Tier 1 bank or institute.. So what is the real situation, and why does Pete want this to all go through before he tells us. The Research Note and the circular are just fantasy and contain the same jam he has been pushing our way for 5 years. I will vote NO and see what the idiot does then. B

13Martyn.......... A lot of "Ifs" in there mate. Firstly "why now?". Seems interesting Pete getting in before H2 update. Are things that bad?. Didnt he hire in more sales staff in the summer, didnt he get Hamish for his super sales expertise?. what has happened to the profit, what has happened to the H1 cashpile.......... It makes one wonder if there is actually a business worth keeping a float if he makes a quid a container at Tema and the SL airport extension is 2 years away. with big opex cost, we need to make £5M to stand still. This appears to be a lottery ticket company, that plays where others fear to tread hoping something will happen that transforms them. The big question for me is what happens if they do succeed, Pete is out of his depth as a minnow and makes poor financial decisions and cannot sell covid gear in a pandemic, so what is going wrong, why can they not convert enquiries in to contracts?........... They call themselves a Global security business and constantly wind us up by putting huge security firms in their comparisons as peers....... this company has an MC of £7M FFS..... stop kidding yourself Peter,...
