This is another round of fleecing shareholders to keep the Foolers family business afloat. there are independent members of the BoD who are supposed to hold the company to account and they are failing us shareholders....... and with three family members in executive positions, how can they be held to account.............. I note EQT have announced a placing to pay off River today and have seen a 12% plus rise in share price ............ two different worlds maybe.... one full of promises and riches and one full of empty promises and bulls**t.......... at least it can be used for that allotment...... giant sprouts for next xmas anyone?......B

Henderson not RNS their 4%...... Keee. in those days there were only about 50M shares in circ, so @ £2 a market cap of £100M, something we thought we could aim for with all those MSCs........ [The ferries were going to be £350M contract, for those that can remember that "significant RNS]........ but now with nearer 300M shares in circ, that would be a market cap of £600M........ so we may need to get a shif on considering we have recurring revenues of approx £8M and make erm, well "NO PROFIT"...............so a wee way to go yet I think...... unless of course, we dilute down the £2 to say 30p..........not even some folks average is it Pete?......B

and on reflection H&N,.............. it does seem that by aggregating the shares and reporting a consolidated position via Spreadex, our new stickyInvestors can remain anonymous............ now I wonder why that is..... Peter does love a good mystery... another one to add to my list of things I love about WSG..............B

So H&N............. so the "deal flow" was deemed to be insider information.......... and with tens of deals on the go, are you suggesting that the BoD could never buy with all that "insider" information at their fingertips ...... I would have seen "deal flow" as part of the business as usual for any company and the closed window was X weeks before a reporting event............ seems like b0110ck5 to me......... especially when you see the paltry positions held by the BoD and the periodicity of such purchases....... Pete should as a minimum keep the % skin in the game from day one....... so he should hold a minimum of 10% and not the 2% he has diluted himself to...... confirming to all that he is more interested in the salary than the shareholding........ so not a believer is he H&N.............. and now Spreadex are aggregating their investor holding and declaring it, this reflects another smoke and mirrors [so not the big II definition we were thinking of] , as we may as well ask all the big broker houses to consolidate their nominee accounts and have a big blob on the share register.............. B

Proph...... they just placed 125M shares at 4p with various Institutions, so one assumes they would have provided them with the same table of cusps as the rest of us plus the detail that underpins their current status. So as a level playing field, I see no reason why the BoD could not participate. After all, if one of those cusps was either about to happen or was a guarantee, then I would have hoped the BoD would have waited a tad longer and placed higher........... or are you hinting that they had to contain their excitement about imminent events ... something Peter is bad at doing for those who can remember the July podcast after Tema announcement.... a dribbling Peter is not a good sight........B

you need to understand Peters definition of significant.......the Fooler encyclopaedia has it defined as: " something that will be underwhelming to others" and was first used in anger to define the TEMA deal............ it is therefore logical that significant in the context of the placement has now been met with 40M of the 125M shares now in major shareholders list.... he may not give a fook where the other 85M are, and we know the Foolers and Sir Baldrick have not dabbled in the 4p placement, so another "significant" move by the BOD.............B

I just love the irony of Peter venting his anger at Traders impact on shareprice and then placing 8% of the company with one of the biggest traders in the UK......... love it Peter. I am sure P&O Ferries will be next on the share register, after all, Peter does have a soft spot for ferries..............B

I note spreadex says it is world renowned for "Gambling"......lol............. seems they have placed a large wager..............B
