3 month average vol of 1.07M not far off todays vol.
It's just no one is bidding for stock and at low vol that's not a big deal.
It's May - sell and go away for some. Add in US market jitters and value elsewhere, no need to get worked up. Fundamentals improving.
If some don't want in that's down to them, no need to panic, it's not a massive rush to the door.

The tokens market in the US is developing. I can't explain it all but there should be big opportunities for MMX in similar to .luxe as portfolios are built.

It will be a big market allowing partial ownership across all asset classes in parallel to standard markets. It has the hallmarks of a new market where MMX can add value and make hay - token portfolio tracking websites for individuals and issuers.

All this needs is a catalyst to make the market sit up. I'm sure MMX know this and the "steady as she goes" is only on the surface and beneath news is due - new offering, or something else.

If they can compound the money internally and it ultimately appear in the sp, which it will, then better that any divi is small and grows gradually.

Total shareholder yield matters and divi can be less tax optimised overall.

This company will Prospero good operations more so than having a finance man at the helm. Operations running efficiently, the money will roll in.

I much prefer share holder yield over dividend yield. More tax efficient for all concerned. Bigger benefit to all stakeholders.

I have my own theories and they are somewhat more positive than posters ideas here.

The dividend should be announced within 18 months of May 2018 but was written up as "our ambition to introduce a progressive dividend policy over the next 18 months.". 99.9% chance it will happen but starting small.

This is the darkest hour. My take is that management are doing a very decent job and the market will come around but no use fighting against it as it's a waste of energy.

Far too much store is placed on how management can manage the share price.
Any action they take is only temporary as the market always, ultimately, decides.

The best they should do is operate to be as efficient as possible, grow sustainably quickly as possible and be as cash flow positive as possible.

A small progressive dividend on a 9p share will look sick. There's every chance this is gravitating to what the market expects any dividend to be in items of yield.

Why stop there?

Stalin, Che Guevara........Probably a market in .luxe names.

Scotty, BBB is a case in point that is still working it's way forward. It's no magic wand and is usually a smokescreen to a crappy sp performance but in the case of Mmx I believe it can help as they are morphing into a serious micro-cap but with excess issuance.

Consolidation has downsides and can have zero or negative impact unless the company is recovering and has other catalysts in place.

For Mmx it will, #2 is the main, increasing exposure across potential investor base,

1) increase exposure as they move to spinning off cash, some money managers won't consider shares below some price, short-sighted but that's a consideration. Nor when float is above a level so increase so, reduce float. MMX appears noddy as is imho.

2) EPS metrics improve immediately. A consideration for Mmx and helps exposure as they move to spinning off cash. Current eps on a small initial (but progressive dividend) will look poor. It won't get as much exposure as it deserves. Pay out for holders the same but better headline.

3) Reloads on ability to re-issue in future to reduce borrowing needs on a future acquisition.

Mmx has catalysts that will make a consolidation a worthy consideration and do more good than harm imho.
