Private Equity probably looking for a bargain to start up and sell on in 5 years. Coupa don't need Proactis just its customers. Amazon doesn't buy companies with loads of warehouses so why would Coupa by PHD when they overlap so much?

He will sell what he can liquidate. MERC has a dead hand on the price and it's ridiculous. I can't see anything but downward pressure and anyone wanting to take a reasonable stake, quickly, could play hardball. If pressure on him increases there could be a waterfall effect.

It also dulls the impact of any positive news as hes bound to sell into it.

Yes, he's doing a great job. The £1M is symbolic, underpinning, usually done when subsidence hits. Might also be some other reason for delay related to news. Still expect other growth initiatives/seeds to be planted to help future results.
