If bought back shares are not cancelled down they are an investment by the company in the company. SP increase will come and can only help. Tender offer still not off the table too.

Dividend will come but it needs to be reliable, growing (progressive) and conservatively covered. That will come.

I am concerned that at 6p, instead of 60p, this will not be taken as seriously as it should. Consolidation is still something I think could help. The float is too high. It looks like an amateur Aim stock, not mature.

If you look at the cash raised by US PE and the state of GBP it's not a far fetched idea for someone to buy and meld both.

One major considrration.

The market, more often than not, has a way of knowing what price and moving towards it in advance. If it's to accur > £1 I would expect it to move towards that sooner rather than later.

I'm certainly all for getting excess cash out of management hands. It can be a comfort blanket leading to stagnation of burn a hole in their pockets and cause bad decisions in terms of allocation.

My angle is to do it as efficiently as possible with maximal upside to the so and metrics going forward to get the flywheel turning.

In my book tender plus low progressive dividend looks best overall.

They may have a remit or be aware as a tender will probably be via Finncap.
Doubt it's illegal, their remit reads as quite open.

Careful what is wished for as if this is seen to be moving to x-growth for any reason then any multiple applied will compress. A tender plus small progressive dividend is a good compromise. Bigger dividend leading the market to believe the company has no way to allocate that capital to growth will not go unnoticed.

Looking on the bright side it has probably stabilised now the 3rd party software issue has largely occurred. However, that's only an assumption not a known fact.
