I suspect Turcan and LO could mop-up cheap and then transfer to FC at a higher price. That's what happened so far with the ridiculous small buyback.

Not just lack of news. Capital that wants above market return finds its way to that return with or without news, but it's not finding this.

Can't believe this is where it is by accident when it needn't be so.

Something cooking & hope it's positive. Price inaction suggests otherwise.

Another example, don't tell me Finncap couldn't have bought 500K < 6p in market over the past few weeks, I won't believe it.

They need to behave transparently on any buyback and take stock off the market.

That 500K transfer was not taking stock off the market.

To me, as for that 500K, for example, it looks like a single order on the market followed by a nod and a wink transfer. Not 2x 500K demand off the market. Just imho.

We'll see soon if this is just a convenient way to transfer some of the £1M to Turcan rather than actually taking more stock off the market.

Problem I have with that is he could just as easily recycle at 0.5p upside to Finncap as part of buyback as he did at 5.5p sold at 6p, 500K.

It's happened once and that's why I have become more cynical. Notice little Finncap activity yet? Why? Perhaps others haven't loaded up enough yet to pass on for 0.5p. Not bad CAGR 0.5p on 5.5p/500k in a very few months.

Be suspicious.

8p is not ideal but I would jump at it now I've loaded up enough and the market doesn't show it thinks this is worth more than 5.75p.

Bigger issue. A crafty bid possible with future benefits going to acquirer.

Might be attrition to wear down pi's into capitulation selling.

I can't see a reason for delay in buyback outside of someone on holiday or expecting lower price.

One difference here is they are being stuffed in treasury if I remember correctly. Cancellation would be better.

Tap, a change of perspective might do you all good. Hard to achieve if in this for too long. I would be same if I'd been here the last few years.

Wrong because his stock was already off the market so no need to reel it in.

They should only buyback when they can get stock at a discount to real value.

If they can close the discount to real value by spending < £1M then great. We should be happy.

That why the buy from Turcan was such a complete waste. Just plain wrong.
