It think it's close to the bottom so bought in good volume.
Wasn't going to post here again as few wanted my downbeat opinion at the time when higher. Glad the cheerleaders have gone, a good sign.
This will climb, just don't like the "bounce tomorrow" crowd.

PHD raised at 165p and didn't need massively dilution, good. Debt not so good.
Doubt they will be out of the doghouse fast or given a 2nd chance soon so a 3-5 yr hold.
Swallowing Perfect looked very risky with hindsight but now a chance to pick it up much cheaper and management have been taught a sobering lesson before it's too late & sre taking action. This will recover.

Pleased I found this when I did and since investigating further realise it's quite a little gem.

There will be happy buyers of your shares. The problem here is pi's having paid a higher price than todays, a while back, and having had opportunity cost on a stagnant holding and so complain instead of clearing out or buying more.

It's a great buy sub 6p but will frustrated holders see it that way?
Of course not. Buy high, sell low.
Easier to moan as if it makes a blind bit of difference.

Management are doing a good job.
Consolidate then look at buyback and possible divi.
SP will respond very positively imho.

Management have been doing a good job. Now time to tidy a few formalities before show time.

Reduce float, instigate buyback when price at appropriate discount to value, consolidate.

Get the float to 100M or less and reduce discount. They may not even have to buy much stock back to achieve a result. Sentiment would change, eps increase and then divi. They will be taken very seriously then and watch what happens to the valuation.

It's a strong buy at 6p and below.

SP will move before acquirer shows.
No SP movement shows there is no close in sale of the company likely.

I think they have done well and the share price will respond and would be helped via consolidation and managed buyback to close the gap on fair value. Those wanting to bail can then do so as value gap decreases and the others can enjoy future improved eps.

If there is such frustration and concern with the share price relative to real value then buy.
Whinging is a waste of time.

There are some here than do indeed need to grow up.

Over 900M shares outstanding is a joke now.
A consolidation at 10:1 or similar would get my vote.

So long as undervalued by some margin a buyback procedure will increase the eps and help compensate for p/e compression, reduce float and help compound share price growth.

It needn't be all or nothing, they could divi at a lower rate and buy back some.

The total yield to shareholders, if they buy back at appropriate value, should be higher than via a dividend.

I'm all for buybacks in this instance.
Total shareholder yield can benefit if bought back at a low enough discount to fair value.

If Dorsey is tight, he has a track record, it will feed through to MMX when they have added the extra cryptos to the naming convention. This is where I see potential quicker upside as exposure is increased. A pucks & shovels play on crypto and less risky as they have the TLD side as the day-day business.

There's a risk off tendency in the market.
That is dominating currently and hard to fight.
Large cash rich groups selling or not buying vs disparate pi's.
Guess who wins until the tide turns?

I think we, the market, are unaware of something.

Sensible but where are the Director buys to take advantage of 3x -10x upside?

I would not be surprised to see this spike lower again, even below 30.

As for a quick climb? This is not a normal situation so I expect low level range bound trading for an extended period as new money will be exhausted and pi's dribble away.

Just hope a 3rd whammy doesn't hit. They've had 2 and they can come in 3's.

Until the end of this tax year a new selling wave can hit at any time. There are still ii's that will have to justify holding in monthly and quarterly reports when there is the chance of tax loss harvesting now. Career risk.

PI's exhibit fear of missing out when this still isn't over and so buy hand over fist until exhausted. New ii's adding can be similar.

Look over the management stock purchase history too. Wouldn't surprise me to know they have sold some bought at 87p+ (all the way up) to tax loss harvest but just haven't announced yet. What happens to the price if such actions are announced - we can guess.

Don't assume all information is in the price or market yet because it isn't.
Downside is not guaranteed to have ended.

Not over yet, path not yet cleared.

The balance sheet needs addressing but try raising at these prices so alternative is to sell some assets (might be part of the strategic report) and or cancel the divi. Ouch.

Try writing an institutional monthly report (or quarterly) justifying why you continued to hold PHD this time of year after this fall.

Then, take the report to your bosses and shareholders.
Expect to keep your job?
Big career risk imho and the big holders know this so they pull the trigger.
Problem is there's every chance buyers will be exhausted first.
