Promotion of the business will become a higher priority. The business irself needed to be in a better place first as premature promotion (has happened in the past) only helps speculators.

Now the foundation is in place its right and proper to promote but results help do that on their own.

Banging the drum again, part of promotion would be a sensible float quantity (consolidation) and a thoughtful buyback policy when the stock is undervalued on a conservative valuation basis.

Very low but progressive dividend policy will help too.

Do those things, with results, and the share price will naturally respond positively. Very positively imho.

Better if they capitulate, at last, and buy high elsewhere as they are unwilling to buy low here.

That has already been discussed and its down to Hubwoo/Perfect losses to SAP. It's known and the Hubwoo man is tasked with retention. Retention in the non-Hubwoo/Perfect side is very strong.

Once these customers are gone the retention KPI will improve.

Look at mandate of the sellers. Would disagree. Big sellers were more likely concerned about future write-offs that will need to happen relatively soon. It's about 4.5:1 market cap to their totally dead intangibles and market cap combined. Read the end of year report too for risks. It mentions it.

It's weird there have been so few holdings announcements given the volume of share turnover since the announcement.

A quick look suggests 50% of the shares have been rotated, no surprise if it's not even more.

You might want to round up holdings to the nearest 10 just in case management do the right thing.

There's been so much BS spouted but few are prepared to give account once they lead others up the garden path. Would have more respect if it was so obvious they had no clue.

Scrap divi, address debt and growth.
Debt to achieve growth hasn't played out well in the case of the Perfect Commerce buy.
Time to recalibrate and reset.

This is a 3-5year hold imho and in series need of a "kitchen sink" update and firm action on the debt.

There are people mopping up the sales without complaint.
There are many reasons to sell, only ONE reason to buy.

You might have to write off 18p purchases and any dividend, vs a purchase price of 12/18p, will be noise anyway vs yield at 5.8p buy price. Says it's 1% to start on 5.8p, do the math.

Forget a divi as a catalyst. The market knows it and is more likely ti be disappointed by the value than elated. Lets have consolidation plus controlled buy back when under valued, then small but progressive divi last.

Well sell and use the losses, or buy and bring down your average , or park in a draw and forget them.
