He should know what he has to do, in what sequence, and divi is on the list but not #1.

Once the shuffling is finished it will probably relax upwards a little and will need a catalyst.
Afterwards it's all about the debt and growth, less of one and more of the other.

Not more often than people posting about divi and it being under valued. Management know what they need to do. Just need the push to do it. This can move fast if they do the right things in the right order.

Make it a serious investment instead of a play thing for the disillusioned. They can attract serious investors if they have enough sense.

ii's want to buy back in near the floor. Hence where we are. It won't move until finished. That's what ii's want and they will get it.

It's obvious what they need to do and could have it done in a quarter or 2 and this move positively.

A) Close valuation gap with a careful buy back.
B) Consolidate.
C) Small but progressive dividend announced.

China is/has ban/ning bitcoin mining.
Could be C02 concerns, lack of transparency concerns (cross border yuan transfers) or in preparation for a state crypto and they want bitcoin out of the way.

MMX can help address transparency and could be useful in a state crypto.
