No way should any Dir be buying here prior to outcome of investigation. That would be a massive mistake if they take advantage. After investigation - yes.

A sign they are looking into it properly. Interesting to see where the buck stops and what controls put in place to make sure it can't happen again & what consequences. Certainly someone was asleep at the wheel and controls lax. Who flagged it up? Would it have been buried otherwise? Has someone made money from it?

Options should go when/if they do. No way can RNS reference Executive's that could be found to have shown incompetence or dereliction of duty once the matter is investigated, hence Chairman.

If there are changes to the BoD they need to be more than window dressing & that alone could help a re-rating. Swap them out. Someone has been asleep at the wheel.

I dont think the Tender will be reduced at all, last thing they need is to say plans derailed because of this oversight. If anything they need a good forensic RNS after investigation, outline how it won't happen again and a firm statement that the company is still on course, on message and winning business.

I'm hoping for more weakness tomorrow, especially if it results in a change in management that the leads to a decent rerating thereafter.

Sleeping management needs to be changed. Could be because tge model us so simple people are not on guard.

Meanwhile somewhere between £5M-£9M was wiped off the market cap. Say £7M. Just short of $9M off market cap for a < 25% probability of a $1M hit.

$1M "IF" refundable and "IF" no further revenue was generated.

Thats a 4 possibility outcome for it being refundable and no further revenue and that could still cost < $1M but is, from my point of view, < 25% probability.

Look how the market cap got hit for what I reckon is <25% probability worse case event that even then has a chance of being <$1M if it comes about.

Certainly purge management but from my point of view the sell-off was overdone on a small % of float and there is value here.

Dump management and this will be water under the bridge in a company able to spin off cash. Much to look forward to especially if the BoD is swapped out as just that change can attract new money.

I wasn't here for the previous mistakes so can comment. The price looks favourable now imho.

Only about 0.65% of the company changed hands today. 5.8M.
Noise in the great scheme of things.

Embarrassment is the biggest hit.
Will help if they need outline a method to make sure it wont be allowed to happen again. Refund less of a problem than missallocation of revenue as a sign of a lax system imho.

There may be no refund needed, and even if there is a refund what revenue was generated?? The 1M assumes full refundable and nor revenue generated. I dont think both will occur. Its worse case assumption to alert the market.

Refunds not unheard of.
A form of discount.
Do "x" business over "y" period and get money back.
In effect a reduced price if you reach "x".
Don't do "x" over "y" and no refund = higher price per.
Its an incentive to buy more.
This sell off is overdone, granted embarrassing RNS.

Where are they getting the shares from and who is working for them? Amazing they can do this and the price hardly moves and what so special about lumps of 700K.

I bought. Agreed it looks incompetent but after thinking, fact is it's noise. Nowhere is it said it will be $1M but look at the value wiped off the market cap.

If just discovered and material, it would have been announced at first chance else someone risks being in court.

Did they only find out when some asked where their refund was?
