Its about 7.2% in total to average down.
When looking at ii's its useful to look at the value held vs their total portfolio value.
It is a big holding to them, more a small diversified.

Lets say it goes for 2x current price within 3 yrs. A decent CAGR for buyers now. But where's the action, even from the ii's that already own? The ii's would be aware and some have room to add.

Have just watched it on vimeo.com. If you go there, search on proactis and sort by recently uploaded there are a few versions. Holding a click on the video shows how long ago it was posted and the firefly version was 6 days and the proactis version was 19. Useful site with a big catalogue of videos. Never heard of firefly.

Also a small % of the big investors overall portfolios so not worthy of much attention, not much impetus to change or drive it hard.

It says Director Change but what are they changing the Director to then.

Something going on. Redcentric acquisition, did he pick them for the cloud and has anything changed. Curious no comment from CEO on the CIO going so might have been a bust up.

Could he be resigning because he has made a mistake that will bite the company in the backside. Like picked a bad technology that is a dead end and will cost to put right. Could he have resigned because he dropped the ball?

Are shareholders on the hook for something now and we don't know yet?

Thanks norrab. 10%-15% of mine at 6.5p+ and I would go with that. Got lucky and joined low. Not wedded to this. Should have taken the Turcan hint and cleared out 7p+.

All depends what the tender price and terms are.
Many potential variables to be clarified before any decision.
I dont see me holding on to all I have, but we might even be limited to the % of a holding that can be tendered. Limbo.

Turcan selling 1M at 8.1p should probably be a decent ceiling in med term as he is in the know. I cant see average price > 7.5p and that may be optimistic but quite a margin.

To encourage sales tender should be over current sp.

Tender terms are critical. Cant see any point in doing much until terms are known. A buy before then should return positively but is basically a bit of a gamble on the terms offered.
