The time taken to investigate suggests its convoluted and being done thoroughly. Its not likely to be a paragraph or two on an RNS and that alone will offer more depth to understanding the business.

Possibly good for everyone if a big FOR SALE sign goes over the door as soon as this ****-up is cleared. I wasn't here for the other events but it looks like it will only continue to repeat if the execs are not cleared out. De ja vu all over again.

With the new heads there's no hiding, they should be getting traction.

Garden leave on full pay and benefits is common for 6-9 months or even a year with a no compete clause. Can't talking to competition in that time and end up in court.

What happens if the company exposure is << $1M and no wrong doing? Could happen.

Oh, and after investigation, if no heads roll, company should state how they intend to recoup the total cost from the mumpties responsible.

This is shareholder money supposedly shepherded by well paid Execs. They screw-up, should come out of their pockets. Inc cost of investigation.

Let there be consequences, lessons. Prove proper change has happened. I would invest even more here if that happened.

Execs, couldn't care less about any of them, wish then no harm but if they are unable to run this business and allocate revenue correctly then replace them all.

They have a contract, stick to that. Ideally if total incompetence is proven their benefits should evaporate and they can be seen the back of quickly. I reckon this company can run on auto-pilot long enough until new people found. It probably has been on auto-pilot given this debacle of not allocating revenue appropriately.

Probably will have to be a restatement of results, that might frightening a few holders too, but I think not near the $1M level of hit.

If tge outcome is removing some incompetence the cost might be a good investment - especially if options cancelled as people shown the door.

Previous bad experiences have hyper sensitised some holders, understandable.

Hence they miss a chance to buy low, some sell in fear towards bottom, worse nightmares come true - losing money.

Money is made on the buy. Get the buy right and the rest rakes dare of itself.
I would be very happy to sell at 10p. Not in love with this company, just want a chance to make a profit.

I would like to know who is investigating. Done properly, clearing out some of the dead head stuff, the $1M (worse case,might not happen) might be cheap if more competence results.

Remember the currency any liability is in too relative to currency of cash in bank.

Has some one been sleeping? Yes.
Can it be rectified and made better for the future ? Yes.
Might this cost be worth it? Yes.

Note: You can't argue with cash and it states clearly what the cash at hand is and worse case maximum exposure. FACT.

The amounts in question are QUANTIFIED, worse case, and the outstanding issue is,

"whether such amounts should have been classified as a refundable deposit against future sales or deferred revenue at those dates."

Not ideal but not one for the police. Execs should get a roasting but its NOT EXISTENTIAL to the business. Its a bargain here imho.

SB, the downside is quantified to 1M worse case. There is a defined exposure limit and I expect it to come in better than that. The sell of is over done imho.

Who would RNS this and suggest its an informal investigation? Executives have been taken out of the loop so they cannot influence the outcome so if there is no culpability associated with their actions the market can believe it. They were asleep but being useless is not a crime.

Hence, Chaieman is on RNS and no executive name so they are out of the way. Formal also suggest via an independent investigator with a report at the end that should be forensics.

Doing it properly. I do expect some head to roll as incompetence and sleeping at the wheel is not acceptable but probably no police involvement - guess.

10p sales would be a good outcome for some of us. 100%+ upside and as soon as possible please. Really, if unhappy and this keep repeating, why don't people sell and move on? There's no point hanging about if you don't think this will generate a profit for the investor here.
