About time we had at least one holding RNS. Every time it reaches a certain price there is a happy buyer.

I just picked up a subtle reluctance and think they are likley to schedule a dividend for a while later whilst first improving the EPS via a tender offer to return some cash and reduce the float a little further.

Any share price down here wil put some people off so a consolidation would do no harm imho.

Perhaps bePayd is being presented too ii's to help a funding round to help clear some debt?

sells have been in lower volumes but the buys quite chunky.

Some of the figures in blue are chunky and nearly 70k just gone through as a buy at 33p.

bakky, sb, funded out of cash and reason for expecting no divi was/is tone of voice of mention of divi on AGM call.

Am as convinced as ever a tender offer is more likely than a dividend.

Looked more liquid than in a while and could be someone big wanting out meeting DBAY to buy.

Probably more in the hands of DBAY and at least it helps set a floor on the price.

I think it has strengthened the BOD but net debt heading in the wrong direction is a worry and unless there is a growth spurt they need to cut something. They'll be burnt if the net debt goes up again at the next set of results as its a sign of spiralling down a black hole.

This afternoon might tell us something if the volume crops up. I cant see that happening but will be watching.

So Tuesday it is unless the target slips. They might be waiting for news to beef up the release.

The big players are subject to the law of diminishing returns on acquisitions, once they reach soe critical size, just like every other business. Organic can become more attractive. Hopefully MMX have not past the valuations peak as suggested by SJL.
