So we are due a TU soon and perhaps a seperate bePayd RNS if there is local and central gov traction. On the video Anthony Persse also mentioned they had some large companies interested before the virus hit but it would be hard to be bigger than gov interest.

Turcan sold some last time it reached 8.1p and was a good signal.
If it happens again I will probably do likewise.

CFO should have been at home and with reduced travel, reduced new signings - more time to get figures lined up and Sykes, CFO more time to word a TU.

Spelling out the plan and what next would be good for all of us as at least management can be measured against it. I think they will need more strings to their bow in addition to what they already have or else sell and call it a day as an independent company.

Addressing the problems of the past 5 years and then just plodding along as is would be a rather sad destination. Improved, but sad and none too good for shareholders as without a pushing forward goal companies tend to wither.

So, SB, is the 5 yr plan just to address the challenges of the previous 5 yrs and then start as if from scratch in a better place or is there some other destination in mind too?

I guess what we all need to know is what comes next as the target, the goal or is that it?

As they have time on their hands I would have expected the TU to be early this year so perhaps it has been delayed to allow something to land first then release the TU mentioning it.
