Dr has an agenda me thinks. If it was worse than in the first RNS the market would have to be updated immediately & I think that would have already become apparent as they peeled the onion.

Sorry to say but I fail to see how the CFO could have allowed this to occur, for the wrong buckets to be used, unless someone in channel/sales covered up the truth about the terms of the contract or Execs did it on purpose to flatter headline numbers.

There is a profitable business under this and the existing cash is not fictional even if it gets a hit. Shareholders won't lose all here and the market price is telling everyone so. The biggest money players panic early, no signs of that yet.

If they clean camp, and buys arrive, a snap back will occur.
Look at the fall on paltry volume.
Volume on the other side and it will move briskly.

0.1% of 10Bn spend is 10M and at 2.4% its 240K.
Its hard to imagine 1% going through bePayd but not impossible.

The slides are useful so I screen captured them and it does say 50 with 10Bn spend but the real question is what % of the spend could, should or would go through bePayd.

I listened to the 4 minute overview and it sounds like they have made ready to help drive growth. Bepayd has 50 commitment with £10M of spend. I'm not sure if that is purchasing £10M or supplying £10M.

People running this can only retire afterwards unless they start their own business. No one will touch them.

Do we know if "formal" does mean police or a forensic accountant in this case?

They lost to all the other large holders combined. Personally, I think a dividend will happen but not for a while. It's not particularly tax efficient and won't help reduce the float nor compound the eps going forward.

Where they have also fallen over, outside of this most recent debacle & historya, is a ham fisted buyback and zero promotion of the company to a wider investor community. The float is also ridiculous at 902M.

The only holders that matter are the larger ones that can oust management. If they prefer a tender over a dividend that's what happens. I dont think the lack of a dividend is just down to management. Options for return of capital were likely run past the big holders and they let their preferences be known.

The presentation is really needed and I'm hoping it sets a clear path forward to climb out of this rut. I dont see why there would be a presentation just to tell everyone its not getting any better.

Best catalyst would probably be a change of BoD. Just not making mistakes would be an improvement and allow the basic business to shine through, encouraging new investors to join.
