Move from AIM was not necessary and a total distraction and accounts for much of the weakness just as their cash reduced due to acquisition.

That's something I think the Gov would need to act on if that happens often if PI holders have it in SIPP or ISA as what use is a private holding as it just complicated things for PI's? Sounds distinctly unfriendly to the masses and would like to see something down to level the playing field. I asked if there would be hints of a take private before it occurs and what to look for. Have a go and ask lots of questions and a number of the footprints are already in place for TIG inc a drying up of volume prior, Kestrel high % holding, BoD seat and others that are less obvious. This begging for a take private and off market imho. Kestrel might have the fire power now.

Look at the wording of the Kestrel news and those of you able run it all through an LLM and ask if this means a chance TIG could go private. I think it will and Kestrel will roll it up or get it to issue more shares for cash to get their partner onboard. I think anything undervalued is a target if it has Kesterl on the register and a BoD seat to influence. They could be this < 125p of the previous offers, probably 40% over 60p.
