I'm expecting Kestrel to take it private. To help take it private ou don't care about the public market value and some of that value is derived from information released by the company so you don't release much.

When the sum of the parts are worth more than the whole, buy the whole cheap and sell off bits to cover the cost of the part you want. I can't see any other reason for what's happening here.
