HawaiifiveO, great post. Carter I also agree with what you say about the silence since Demir left. Its too long without updating shareholders, and has caused the share price to drift further. News of advanced talks or the signing of a letter of intent would have been welcome. It must be close now. When it does come, the shares will re-rate immediately.

I expect a major or two to pump very serious money into this soon. A gold province is very attractive to them. CGNR need to take a back seat and let the majors do their thing. One rns now can transform everything for shareholders. Just wish it would hurry up.

Grateful for any research shared here and constructive posts. But have no intention of engaging with silly negative posting.

Both companies currently look very exciting opportunities and have top quality management in place - CGNR and KDR

Hopefully news of a major partner either side of PDAC. Who knows?

There will be a rush for shares, and with very little free float available, it doesn't take a genius to see what will happen, and happen very quickly. So the only thing you have to decide is if major partner is on the horizon for CGNR. I don't think Marian would be wasting her time if this wasn't the direction of travel. PDAC will be interesting for CGNR.

I would agree. It has been a money pit for 25 years. A stinker of a share. However, its all about timing with exploration stocks. The time is right now. When news of deal with major or majors comes, watch what happens the share price.

Its not about whether you believe the share price will rise, its all about whether you believe a deal with a major will materialise. If Marian sees a possible Fosterville, then you need to take what she says seriously. Nobody can say that the company hasn't put enough information out there to suggest what is coming next. Timing is everything here.

Financing will be asset based going forward for CGNR. That is were we are at. That is why it’s a very exciting time for the company. I expect large investments in CGNR .

Another plus here is that the share price moves quickly on little volume. When it does move up there will be very little resistance. We need the right news .

The only reason the share price is not multiples here is the wait for backing from a major. What if there are more that one major interested. I suspect there are a few interested, especially given the current price of gold.

The Department for the Economy (the Department) has received, and is considering the granting of, seven Mineral Prospecting Licences.

Of the seven applications, six are for areas that are currently held under licence by the respective companies. The six are:

• CA1/25 and CA3/25, from Conroy Gold (Armagh) Ltd,

• DGA3/25 and DGA4/25, from Dalradian Gold Ltd,

• KDRA1/25, from Karelian Diamond Resources Plc, and

• OMA4/25, from Flintridge Resources Ltd.

The remaining application, KDRA4/25, is from Karelian Diamond Resources Plc for a new area not currently covered by a Mineral Prospecting Licence.

I notice Conroy Gold have a mineral prospecting licence application ongoing for Zinc with the Dept of Economy NI.

The Company's exploration to date has identified a significant target in the Wolf Island area, where geochemical sampling by the company has identified significant values of zinc in rock samples.

The Company proposed to undertake further studies on the drill core including geochemical analysis and magnetic susceptibility measurements. This to then be followed by shallow drilling under permitted development regulations.

The wolf island area is a primary target for the Company's exploration. Positive results from the year 1 programme will be follow-up with additional drilling and drill core studies. There are a lot of strings to CGNRs bow now

Deathstranding, thats a fair point. Looks like one of us will be very surprised. At the moment we just don't know which one.

Though i do think things are pointing towards a major, just based on what the company have told shareholders and Marians appointment.

Whilst I have made some positive remarks about CGNR, I have no idea if the share price will go up or down. History here has shown us that the share price has been terrible. So definitely do not take anything I say as a reason to buy. The board is just an outlet for interested shareholders, and sometimes you can pick up on someones research. Always do your own research. Anything I have said is my uneducated view. Never attach too much weight to comments on chat forums.

Gold at $2810 and climbing. Agnico Eagle say they are well positioned to continue growing output through our pipeline of projects, as well as through potential acquisitions, joint ventures and partnerships. They are beside CGNR in Finland. Would be surprised if they were not interested in Ireland/Northern Ireland

Thats interesting that she was involved with Fosterville. I believe that she is very highly thought of and very connected. Quite something that she chose Conroy Gold.

I know there was a previous broker target price of 180p when Demir were partner. Think share price went to 40 -60p when Demir were announced.

The share price is just over 2p now. If/when partnerships are announced with major gold mining companies like Newmont or Agnico Eagle etc, this will not be 2p
