I am with Kando on regarding Ingenuity, the decision to invest in and build out Ingenuity was strategically a dreadful decision and I suspect something of a vanity project. And its Matts vanity projects that are stopping THG from being a decent business, make no mistake, this is still his grandiose train set and we are passengers guessing and passing opinion on the final destination.
If you strip all the hundreds of millions squandered on Ingenuity THG would be a very good business and the SP would be much closer to the inflated IPO price. Someone needs to firmly remind him, the CEO's job is simple, deliver the very best shareholder value you can and on that basis and that basis alone Matt is doing a woeful job.
I sense he only pays lip service to the notion of delivering share holder value. I think this is all about him proving he is smarter than his peers & critics because he already far more money than person or family could ever need. Time to get back to basics Matt and run THG as publicly quoted business where the shareholders interests matter.
