Silence over at s4 as well…I really don’t see it as a credible option the THG Board to sit silent on this for long. Either move over to main category or move off the LSE, makes zero sense for THG to sit in transitional category for any period of time.

Well said @OSG, would be very happy for the BoD to present an alternative/better strategic plan for the group (and that would be my preferred), but if that isn’t imminent then surely we should be getting off the transition category ASAP

Well let’s see what happens over the coming weeks, like you say it’s been well choreographed so they should move quickly. Interestingly no update/comment either from s4 capital BoD who have been equally knee capped by the standard listing IMO.

For me this a a make or break moment for the THG Board. Either move quickly to embrace new LSE regime, or present an alternative plan quickly. THG should not be drifting in the “transition” category indefinitely

PP1 is full of it. I for one am looking forward to next week. New lse rules in place, will THG be embracing, or do they have other plans?

Think he is just playing with Kelso because they are a noisy pest..pretty clear he has the support behind him of the major players to execute current plan…needs to get 3rd party ingenuity working and recover value or they will eventually turn on him. Time will tell, I’m still hopeful, fulfilment is the major headache in D2C and THG seem to have it nailed with automation investment. I remain hopeful, and as crafty alluded to post Agm more clients in in the pipeline

Re soft nutrition numbers, it was the same prior to the last big rebrand when it was a private company. I back MM and the team to get it right and back to growth, they have done it consistently over the years. I believe that is why the big insto LTH’s are still rock solid in their support.

Personally not that interested in the property stuff, in the absence of a capital event in Nutrition/Beauty, the only thing that is going to move the dial here are Ingenuity wins. The rest is just noise IMO.

If you are so negative pmh not sure why you are here? Daft to be holding shares in a business where you hold the Board in such contempt, especially when the Board are going NOWHERE. Do you own shares? Yes, I still believe LSE rule changes will work in THG’s favour, but let’s be clear my investment horizon is a number of years, I don’t have a meltdown over short term price movements. I may be proven wrong in the medium term, but that is investing.

@pmh, For balance the vote was a formality because MM/CA had support of the vast majority of shareholders. Very little dissent. Just a very noisy minority, and of course some very noisy people with no shares

Yes traintracks, agreed good progress cleaning up the group over the past 12 months. Coggles disposal looked sensible deal to me - dispose of a loss making/breakeven business fashion business (no value to group), sign ingenuity deals with Frasers (3rd party recurring revenue in a core division). Capital event(s) will reward the patient, it is a case of when not if IMO. GLALTHs

It’s been quiet on the FUD in here recently. Shame it is back. Same old polishcrap getting rolled out again. Pretty sure THG refinanced in Q1, debt serviceability is on an improving trajectory along with cash generation. Impairments? baseless smearing . And Beauty marketplaces are VERY valueable my industry contacts tell me as it is SO EXPENSIVE for brands to build their own standalone D2C Ecomm & fulfilment.

Keep up the good work crafty, unfortunately it appears the hyenas are back making lots of noise about a 1.5p down day. I remain invested for a big re rate up at some point this year, hopefully sooner rather than later

@unhooked, been a fair bit on here about THG moving to the new single share class, and away from the rubbish standard listing share class. THG should benefit from improved liquidity, being included in FTSE 250 index, passive/tracker fund buying, as well as active managers having another look at THG. No RNS yet from THG on its intentions under the new rules

Amers. Short and sweet. Market miss-prices plenty of shares for long periods of time. THG is one of them IMO, and then one day it won’t be. Crafty thanks for the post, like you I believe investors with conviction on their view here will be rewarded. Lots to be positive about. Let’s have some more Ingenuity wins please.

Has to be positive for THG moving forward. Index fund buying should combine nicely with better inflation outlook/rate cuts, and active manager rotation into consumer/riskier assets. Let’s see where THG is in 6 months time, I remain very positive on this one.
