As you mentioned the shareholders managed to win in the GM but it was overturned 3 weeks later. It should be mentioned here of the sequences so people understand, after the shareholders managed to vote against the BOD proposal, I still remember a strange poster came on here criticised the action of the shareholders and warned that the trial was almost completed and if the shareholders did not follow the BOD advice then it could jeopardise the trials, it made people to change their mind and it was the reason why the BOD managed to get what they wanted the second time (3 weeks alter). I wish you all the best, I am willing to lose all my money if this could conclude soon either way.

You spent years trying to time the right time to gamble on this share but I guess you still got it wrong and couldn't beat this BOD. Looks like the company is not going anywhere soon either you like or not. Well better to concentrate on my business...

Any reason why all your and others posts relating to the storm you created since last night have been deleted?? Maybe Nomad is taking action...It is great to see Vaju is positive again and even better when Roses thought the time was right to start the gamble habit again....at least one less poster who used to constantly knocking down val for sometime, not sure for how long but I think VAL deserved all the bad comments. Bankfool, what you said at 11.34 today was exactly what I mentioned on here few times 1-2 years ago, when we come to that then we would be able to find out exactly what this company is made of and even now I wish no one would buy in again, either if it comes to the worst I rather lose money and move on than having more people suffer with this company and the BOD messing around. But in reality it is tough and does not work, there will be people who will buy in, we cannot stop that. Have good day.

HardToHandle, I recognised your id on this board years ago but I guess we hardly communicate to each other but I am sure you would notice this market is leaking everywhere, only us the shareholders who don't know anything until the rns is out. All the best with your investment.

After many years following various shares I am sure most would agree that news leaking is everywhere in this market and that is why you sometimes see continuous buying/selling leading to the news, these traders could be their close relative, close friends...but obviously they would be quietly doing the trades in the background rather telling loud to people I am the guilty one.

Over the years I luckily have met some few people who actually made profit in this market, these people are very smart and are nice people, never have any intention to pump a share for their own benefit and they hardly post on LSE.

People losing money because of someone using twitter claimed and predicted something would happen when it was not available to public, the amazing thing is that people still followed and some seemed to believe in. The bottom line is they do not know more than you do. If I have any insider knowledge then I would keep quiet and trade the share for my own benefit rather than telling everyone what would happen in the next few days/weeks...that is why I never use twitter or follow anyone using twitter. You do not have to say I just know that you are in big loss and the same as many people. years ago I recommended my cousin to buy VAL and it was close to 70p and he invested exactly £20K, and now that is very much written off and we avoid talking about investing when I see him. By somehow I feel responsible for his lost.

About Obelix, I clashed with him few times and for me he was a trader, I just do not like people ramping for their own benefit. But I have nothing negative about so don't think wrong of my question.

Valju, we just keep talking the same thing. It is poor management to lead us today and why after 6 years we still don't know much about val201 is really getting to me, my fear is that they might announce something then say actually we need more trials and time before it can be completed. That would be terrible.

As I said I do not have any faith 401, I said many times already it is not easy to pass phase 2 and if Val actually passed then we would see many folds sp than the current one, the market was not convinced. But if they can prove me wrong then I am happy to take that.

I don't post a lot on here Dracula1 but I have to reply to your post because it is simple that I feel for you and the people. The reason PYC was attached to me because Obelix was posting on both boards and his style was unusual and it seemed at the time people on that board looked at him for direction and an enthusiastic poster had similar id to you so when you posted on here it reminded me about PYC and I wanted to ask if it was you few times but keep forgetting. As I said nothing bad, only a question. I think you make it sound bad.

ValJu, I mentioned on here few times, I personally wrote off 401, it was a bonus if it come any good and even now I still think the same, I said it was a bonus if the compound was interested. It is fine if the compound doesn't come good, we should prepare for that as it is normal in research. Our real anger is about their bad management and why it takes so long to get and details about 201.

Obviously Val took on 401 with the hope they would make good of the compound and profit and their intention was to complete phase 2. No way Val has money to take it any further, the company is on its knee, and if you are here long enough then you would realise that Val, financially, was doing OK before Val201 clinical trials and it was worst when they took on Val401. Now, why we still don't get any report on the six parties then we should ask the person in charge.

Oh no Dracula1, I never think bad about you, just your id was similar to someone from that board, I occasionally read some posts on that board because of Obelix. Nothing bad about you at all.

In general you can only vote with the shares you currently have, even you have someone in the background but they were not declared at the time as yet so you still have to wait for approval from share holders. A simple example is in June 2016 (read the rns) the shareholders led by johng managed to win the resolution 6 but then they had to back down as it was feared the company could not function. But again, these people will have ways to raise cash even you try to stop from one source.

About 401, I personally think you need to direct your anger more at Suzy because as far as VAL is concerned they are now the same like you and me, they invested in 401. They might have a little say here and there but they do not have a lot of authority like before. Don't forget that Suzy will always say nice things and holds high regards about Satu or George even if personally she thinks bad about them. In public they must be positive all the time.

BTW Dracua1, I might be wrong but I think 5-6 years ago you used to invest in PYC, Obelix was ramping the hell out of that share. Have good day.

lunatic, I kind of agreed part of your view, but in general scientists still doing research around the world in good faith. Few years ago I had a chance to do some some work for Cancer Research UK as freelance consultant for 6 months, after 6 months with them, I had the chance to see first hand how they run the business I decided I would never donate a single penny to that charity again. I don't want to say much apart from the company is the largest and biggest private charity in the world. Most of us giving money to charity and hoped they would spend on good causes right...

The same with VAL, I cannot see how Satu could justified to pay herself almost £250K a year when the company value sliding fast. So you cannot say you invested into good cause, if anyone leads by ecxample then it should be them but here they do opposite. £240K is not massive if they company doing well but here VAL is ranked as the worst performing companies I have ever seen.

I have been here for good 10 years and never heard Val took anyone to court...
