There’s not a massive demand for shares at the moment manly due to next ex div day nearly 2 months away. BP is controlling share price with buy backs at this level. Depending on how much money is left for buy backs and until the next buy back budget is set we may see a trend back to the 28 sep share price of 430. Before the next push to break 520 and up to £6

if the share price trend continues as it had done since the lows of covid we should technically see 515-520 or higher before the next cycle maybe 2-3 weeks and £6 by June.

From about the. 4 nov BP was trading at £5 within weeks we saw 455 on 21 nov and then £5 again on the 30th nov. Now 16 dec we see 455 again. Looking the the 5 year graph BP share price is definitely increasing and buy backs and higher oil prices anything above $60 are working. We could see £5 again within two to 3 week or is that to obvious?? I bought back Friday and we should definitely see a up day today the question is to hold for £5 or sell and hope to buy back again a 455 or lower??? Dividends at this level are enough to just hold but the buy backs are definitely keeping the price elevated.

Im absolutely sure there will be a few companies willing to make billions of pound supplying gas, cap or no cap and even happy to pay tax on their profits. I think Linda Cook sat next to Liz Truss at school.

The problem is Petrofac hasn’t any real assets. A oil company has oil and a property company has property. Petrofac is at the mercy of whom ever wants there services and when there employees drag their feet it may actually make the company worthless.
