Bp share price has the potential of getting to £20 with oil over $60 within the next 24 months due to continued share buybacks.. Problem is BP can’t raise dividends from 5p to 20p per quarter so I can actually see a 4 to 1 share split whilst keeping dividends at the same level. This could release a massive valve to share holders whilst keeping under the radar.

Always expect the unexpected when trading. Oil will 100 percent go $60 the questions is will it go $120 first.

I’m not betting on oil at the moment it’s right in the middle and could easily go $60 - $120 most likely both what which first. Better to let oil make its move first and then buy or short from either end.
BP share price is also in the middle who ever bought in higher may see some short term losses but I expect lows of 430 fast drops of possibly 400 and then a 3 month recovery to 510 maybe higher 520. Before the 3 month cycle starts again. If BP continue with the share buy backs which I think they will then this is accurate. If BP cuts the buy backs then we will see a increase in dividends ever way at this stage or lower BP is a good investment.

Im back in and think i will hold to 550 now as BP have done well since covid with higher oil prices helping to buy back share as me or you keeps rightly so pointing out and paying market leading dividends. I expect share price to be pre covid levels between years 2018 and 2019 of about 550 thats about 15 upside and then onto about £10 per share once the true valve and compounding gains of the buy backs kick in.
