Imo ....this is an issue of equity...looks like they have already got a buyer for all the new shares....so I see this as an institution of sorts wanting to make an investment...they have spoken to the tiz board for a discounted price...and the placing was the only way to facilitate....not to happy with the way it has been done...however the board have driven shareholders value and we will get free shares also. However this is the best time to do it

To be honest when he said there would be no raise...I was suprised...with all the products going forward...the company needs money and while sp is high perfect time for placing. I thought it was mischievous to say no raise...uk or otherwise. However feel comfortable that company is fully funded for next 2 years....and comfortable with my investment

New lockdown....second wave inbound......infections rising.........last time the protected nhs by sending elderly to care homes to day....cant do that again...nhs will not be able to cope.....vaccine long way off....perfect storm for sng.....treatment only way to help prevent those infected from being hospitalised.....while rest of market crashes......pharm new bull sector.....all you have to look at is how Farn has performed....that's what will happen here. Dont believe me follow the money.....Venrock have a good track record....think AZN while we are awaiting vaccine why not take over sng...or make a deal...they now have treatment for now while they are waiting on vaccine. Fill your boots. Also look at how resilient the sp is....plenty waiting watching.

Rns was due to administration issues with American adrs...too many panicked...which has cost them....need to read rns...no affect on uk shares.. hence why sp back to 200p.......classic mm games...the baskets

Fool get it wrong all the time...they said not to buy ncyt....and so many others that rocketed. The institutions have now started buying....they have done due dilligence...and know they are onto a winner
