Yes JH this was discussed at the time...but why end of July. Nothing will happen until end of July. Sp will stay range bound until then.

My point is there was no need to extend till extend date till end of July as there is no need for further funds. They could have easily said till end of June. So you can bet there will be more shares issued....why? Stem is pretty much ready if they can be operational in 8 months. Long hold....they said they need shareholders approval regarding options for Stem.....where is the AGM. We are 2 weeks since stem demerger news which I was not happy with. Stalling technique to avoid takeover. Sp will be range bound and dip if more shares issued. Big pharma not going to allow a minnow to take centre stage and will attempt takeover. Lots of questions. However long run holders will be rewarded. Bottom drawer until then.

Getting more and more obvious each day....that the sp is being held under £1. There are obviously things happening in background. I my view there is a takeover in the works by a major player who has the capital/shares to sway the price. When they run out of shares further shares will be issued via atm facility which they must have an influence on. Tils do not need the funds there was no reason to extend til end of July. IMO all will be done and dusted by the end of July. Bwtfdik. I am desperately getting further funds together to buy more. Gla.

America are into Biotech....they will be buying all week imo and leave uk behind. UK always behind.

Saf.....we all know the dow should be below 20000....and not at 25000. But the markets are a big political topic. Held up by govt.

4 x £63k .....300k shares at close with rise in the USA classic transfer of wealth from weak and impatient to the wealthy.....plenty watching on sidelines and picking up now that company fully derisked....stemprint .....justfies are higher price. Intrinsic value much higher than current value. Classic Warren Buffett trade. I would be supprised if the man himself has not taken a trade here himself. Mm's obviously filling orders today....I am sure we will see more hefty trades after close tomorrow. Buy at these levels to avoid fmo.

Imo stem will be bought pretty soon by a company in that field and hopefully before split. It makes sense for exact to buy now and protect own investment and before valuations increase. Imo this is what is holding sp down. I defo think things are happening in background.

I obviously want a takeover to happen sooner. Happy with £5. Once split stem could bring in valuable cash resources and Tils alone should be worth £5 in 12 months with Stem sold for $1 billion region a further £5 for Stem holders.

Cfds, they are my thoughts also....I was not happy with the demerger news for selfish reasons....I wanted a quick return on my investment, now I have to hold for longer. Demerger defo to stop takeover.....they want to keep the company and hence will sell Stem when split. Another issue extending atm agreement allows others to cash in quick before demerger. I think end of July date will also be split date or soon after. Any return we will get will be after this date. I expect price to increase closer to that date however I also think there will be dips if more adr shares are issued. This is a minimum 3-6 month hold. However all holders will be rewarded imo.

Saf the other advantage is, trying to buy on day 1 the price will rocket.....and also newco will be taken over soon after demerger. Unfortunately just a long hold. I personally believe a deal is in the works already. The sp action is disappointing however I believe it is being manipulated due to whatever deal is in the works. The sp behaviour is not in line with the value of stemprint. If you look at sp behaviour in last 3 weeks....would you buy? However we who are invested know true value.
