Was yesterday a retest of £1, will this breakout imminently, will we get an rns soon after the conference providing more detail on split. Without Nasdaq moving this will hover in £1 range. Long hold

Hi invest, based on the stemprint rns we should have jumped 100%. Odx has jumped by 77% based on nothing. If there was a lack of shares this would be much higher. Volume in states always low, no interest due to the type of security, however people see the sp in states and sell out. The Nasdaq listing is holding us back and hence why any sharp rise in sp dies out.

I see other shares spike on no news. Tils has not moved relative to the news released. The £1 has been a near impossible resistance to break. Is this being held back due to an offer being negotiated? Extremely frustrating

Still being held back, Quilter cannot have much left. I expect we will move higher after ASCO. Imo exact sciences would have to buy out competition to protect their own product. Before they do that they would have to carry out due diligence which will take time, however this risks other companies swooping in an taking tils out. Exact will have to work quickly to protect their investment in oncotype. Or if they didn't want whole company they would have to wait for new company to be listed and then make a bid then. But inherent risk of other companies making bid. Hope we break that ******** £1 barrier this week.

Stemprinter worth at least $2.6 billion even if you say it is worth $1 billion surely anyone would try and buy as many shares as possible for £161 million. Surely company a huge target and there may be an attempt at takeover before new company spun out. Furthermore in order to get a share of a company that is worth $2.6 billion at a bargain entry which is currently just under £1 and the only way to get your share is to buy tils. Why even with the overhang has this not rocketed past £1. Surely a lot of peeps and institutions will want to be buying next week? I really cannot understand why we are still under £1.
