July 31st I assume they had to give them a date in order to allow them opportunity to sell more shares and could not end cold turkey. Furthermore they no longer need finance on the premise a deal to sell stemprint in the works prior to split imo. Any further sales would also suggest to me a demand for shares before fmo. Everything going in right direction imo. The sell off in US was panic selling due to market sell off. Furthermore people will be switching to pharma again due to increased infections. Aimo. Gla

Seen similar scenarios with share offers to shareholder. Always on a Friday, ie as of close of play today....date....you are entitled to buy....xxxxx numbers of shares in....anyone selling could miss out. Only problem you will see is the sp price fall on Monday people selling. I wonder how they will rns it? I think there will be a lot of sellers after record date. This is a long term play.

Baz not too happy about how the mm's have played this, 10p on Friday, 5p today. Something going on.

Saf not fussed either way it will come eventually, just stating what's on other boards. However we are 2 weeks from initial news and asco. I would expect something soon.

Rumours on American boards that announcement due shortly. Cannot corroborate if there is any truth behind rumours.

Pds up another 13% and nsci down another 9%. There is a disconnect.

Old......Just to add Nasdaq pushing higher.... US biotech big business they understand Tils potential and imo it will be US bio who will take us out very soon. Imo it wont even get to the split. US bio not going to miss stealing a potential billion dollar company for peanuts. I dont care about the sellers or all the selling or want to make a small 20% profit. I want to make a 500% profit and that is why I am not selling under £5. Gla to all who hold.
