When big news is about to drop...there is always a leak...the sp would be gaining if market believed news was close. Look any share price action on the lead up to news....always buy on rumour sell on news.....there is no volume, sp cannot hold any gains...hence market does not believe news is imminent..

Shiraz...I want to believe....but we cannot even hold onto a 1p gain...that surely tells you a lot about sentiment right now......next rns before record date is circular....so the one everyone is waiting for is still some way off.

Happy ish who knows??? But imo judging by price action will not be soon....Nasdaq down again...uk closed even or down. Usually Thursday Friday is FOMO day...for both tils and sng....both down today as no one believes news incoming. Imo bod laying low...not replied to emails...because they know they have shafted investors....imo the next news has to have meat on bones or it will tank.....not even close on stem as a circular has not even been sent out so record date is way off. The US will punish some more and Friday is standard sell of day unless Nasdaq closes up....so down 5 weeks in a row....short term is looking dire. The fact we cannot keep a 1p rise is telling....nobody wants to hold overnight. Every day is repeat and rinse....who will want to hold over weekend. Aim directors will remain Aim directors....do we dare to dream.

Happy ish...great summary and agree totally....damage has been done and the recovery will be slow....the US seem to drive the UK and that has been a major obstacle....and sentiment in the US on tils is dire and that is down to the BOD. Do not forget that the BOD advised in an interview that they would not undertake further fundraise caveat UK....then not so many days later the raised the mother of all placings. So trust is totally gone. But let's look at this....let's say they actually had no intention of raising funds....let's say the institution approached Tils and asked for a stake but did not want to buy at current price. Worth thinking about. So something maybe going on in background or I am full of **** and dreaming in order to sleep better at night. Good luck to us all.

Using ichimoku it has been in the buy cloud last 3 trading sessions...further needs to break $3.47 to firm up buy...also using line graph sma about to break upwards signalling a buy.

Frag...let's hope we are successful.....I have 2 main holdings...sng and tils...if sng plays out which I believe is in next 2 weeks and prices stay depressed here I may top up. However with already so much invested here I would wait for a sustained rise/buy signal before expended further funds.

Frag, If anything I think we may have found bottom...needs to close above 133. Next resistance 143...now we need to find top of range and it will stay range bound until news arrives....mm's need there money.

Frag unfortunately all loaded up...no more funds...and would cry if it went lower. Not that I haven't been crying as demonstrated by my posts.

For many the shares are not free....most have already paid...thru the devaluation of tils. Shares will drift at these levels until news arrives....however news is never a surprise and leaks happen which will see the sp rise. Unfortunately judging by sp action news imo is a long way off......

Shiraz as stated the huge buys yesterday had no effect on sp yesterday or today...they did not figure in the daily volume totals and were traded off book. You will see more large trades booked after hours in coming days weeks....trouble is this also indicates imo news not imminent....the boys club need to load up.....need to also compare tils with other pharma with same market cap. Imo tils is a billion pound company...yet we are slumming it atc£260 million....with £60 million in the bank...so all of tils and stem only worth £200 million.

Hi Shiraz....we all have our reasons for investing.....and I am bullish long term and fully loaded between sng and tils...a lot in pipeline I agree....however the recent handling of certain elements have disappointed me. Hence my posts...you cannot be positive all the time.....and sometimes you need to state what you see....pr machine ran us up to 260...with the consolidation confusing the idiots in the USA...then bam...the placing which I expected....and hence top sliced...topped up / trading etc. However to then drop the delay in the interview was not right. This is Aim and they are still aim directors and they got greedy with the $57 million.....even after they said they would not raise in UK...so to get around their statement they raised in USA which was pretty much the same even after the Atm raises. And ffs the delay is not HMRC.. believe me I know. The market reacted likewise....I cannot remember in all my years of trading a share fall so much from the placing price. 4 weeks plus constant drops....great for new investors...but punished lths. Granted fully funded ...great pipeline....but now they need to start delivering on their pr promises.....sentiment is dire...sp is rock bottom...mm's taking **** each day..raise in morning...drop by close...same **** cycle every day...from business point of view they played a blinder and will stay quiet a while until everyone forget....people will avoid for a while until any rise sticks....it couldn't even close above first resistance of 133. This is classic....transfer of wealth from weak to wealthy....wealthy will not invest until company derisked....when derisked sp...rises....wealthy will not pay new higher price...so they do some deals ......create fear in market....sp drops....weak hands selling up....wealthy start buying big chunks.....3 months later sp rises when all is forgotten...and them massive buys are a distance memory....the big buys do not have any effect on sp in near term....been buys on sng and tils after hours however no effect on sp....all controlled and whilst still on aim...everyone turns a blind eye....this cannot be done without company involvement.....I have seen this so many times on aim...prime example motley fool articles on sng created fear and artificial drop to 182...from 252...however I think articles were required because company did not get involved..but look at trades huge trades on sng coming in......here different...company involved hence the punishment deeper any rise will be slow and take time....too much of a coincidence that same thing happened to both companies just before some big news. Been doing this for too long not to smell the bull****....both companies will rise when the wealthy have their stake.

One of the interviews stated that stem will be demerged oct/nov......hence that was seen as a delay from original demerger news back in May. Hence the continued sell off. Plenty of time to sell up and get back in.

Regarding bod...gagged...I hope your right...I have been a believer in a sell of some sort but after reviewing options the only benefit is a sell of the whole company so sceptical...why do a placing of that size if they are selling stem?....Roche own the accu range so I have always assumed Roche will buy...however them discussions must have started before naming the company Accustem...wtfdik...good luck to all who painfully hold
